Quote# 112758

We have been over this with you so many times, Jade. Moses and Paul wrote under the inspiration of the God and since Jesus IS God, He is the author of the whole Bible and He affirmed marriage to be between one man and one woman in His own words in the gospels. He never blessed gay marriage...never. He would leave no confusion on this issue. He is God.

We have said this again and again also....no true Christian HATES gay people. We do not 'hate our gay neighbors' just because we stand up for what the Bible teaches. Muslim truly DO hate them...behead them, chop their hands off, throw them from tall buildings and even the most moderate of them will avoid gays completely if at all possible. Christians tell gays they need to forsake their sin and trust in Christ because we do not want them to spend an eternity in hell. We want them to know the peace and joy we have found in Christ. Nobody is going around forcing them to 'convert'. Now which of those two is more troubling to you? I know. Unless Christians approve of LBGTism and celebrate it.... stop calling it sin...they are the biggest haters of all. It is all or nothing for the gays, but Christians have a right, for now, in this country to believe the Bible.

Quote# 112756

This one should keep us thinking.
This is a true story of something that just happened a few years ago in USC.

There was a professor of philosophy there who was a deeply committed atheist. His primary goal was for one required class was to spend the entire semester proving that God does not exist. To prove that God couldn't possibly exist. His students were always afraid to argue with him because of his impeccable logic. Sure, some had argued in class time, but no one had ever really gone up against him because of his reputation. At the end of every semester, on the last day, he would say to his 300 students: "If there is anyone here who still believes in Jesus, stand up!" In twenty years, no one ever stood up. They knew what he was going to do next. He would say: "Because anyone who believes in God is a fool. If God existed, he could stop this piece of chalk from hitting the ground and breaking. Such a simple task to prove that He is God, and yet He can't do it." And every year, he would drop the chalk onto the tile floor of the classroom and it would shatter into a million pieces. All of the students would do nothing but stop and stare. Most of the students thought that God couldn't possibly exist. Certainly, a number of Christians had slipped through, but for twenty years, they had been too afraid to stand up.

Well, a few years ago there was a freshman who happened to enroll. He was a Christian, and had heard the stories about his professor. He was required to take the class for his major, and he was afraid. But for three months that semester, he prayed every morning that he would have the courage to stand up no matter what the professor said, or what the class might of thought. Nothing they said could ever shatter his faith...he hoped.

Finally, the day came. The professor said: "If there is anyone here who still believes in God, stand up!" The professor and the class of 300 students looked at him, shocked, as he stood up at the back of the classroom. The professor shouted, "You fool! If God existed, he would keep this piece of chalk from breaking when it hit the ground!" He proceeded to drop the chalk, but as he did, it slipped out of his fingers, off his shirt cuff, onto the pleat of his pants, down his leg, and off of his shoe. As it hit the ground, it simply rolled away....unbroken. The professor's jaw dropped as he stared at the chalk. He looked up at the young man, and then ran out of the lecture hall. The young man, who had stood, proceeded to walk to the front of the class and shared his faith in Jesus for the next half an hour. 300 students stayed and listened as he told of God's love for them and of His power through Jesus.

You have two choices:
1. Pretend you never read this.
2. Pass this along to your Christian and non-Christian friends, giving them encouragement we all need everyday.

When you choose option two, you have chosen to STAND UP.

In the light of jokes we tell to one another for a laugh, this is a little different.
but t
This is not intended to be a joke, it's not funny, it's intended to get you thinking.......

Isn't it funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world is going to hell?

Isn't it funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says?

Isn't it funny how everyone wants to go to heaven, provided they do not have to believe, think, say, or do anything the Bible says? Or is it scary?

Isn't it funny how someone can say, "I believe in God," but still follow Satan? (who, by the way, also "believes" in God)

Isn't it funny how you can send a thousand jokes through e-mail and they spread like wildfire but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing?

Isn't it funny how the lewd, crude, vulgar, and obscene pass freely through cyberspace, but the public of discussion of Jesus is suppressed in schools and work spaces?

Isn't it funny how someone could be fired up for Christ on Sunday, but be an invisible Christian for the rest of the week?

Are you laughing?!

Isn't it funny how when you tell someone this, you won't because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for telling them?

Isn't it funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me than what God thinks of me?

Will YOU pass this on?

I did.

what CAN WE DO to make Jesus COME BACK quickly?

I would like to see Jesus return before it's too late.
I am very old and my pastors have been promising me that Jesus will definitely be back before 1960 and then kept delaying the date every 7 years.

In the ancient times of old testament stories, God used to get quite angry with people doing the wrong things and used to come down hard on the villains with floods, wars, pestilences, locusts, droughts, turn them into pillars of salt and other general Acts of God deterrents.

I think that we have now evolved and civilized to the point where God is pleased with our behaviour so he is no longer concerned about having to return?
after all he did say : I will return within this generation?
but that generation went and no-one came?
Have we been stood up?

If we all start behaving badly and run amok maybe he will come to bring back law and order?

When you see Christians like me (and I say this humbly by God's grace alone) relishing in the presence of thousands of souls who were saved through my soul-winning efforts, and you had no souls saved at all. You will feel ashamed.

It becomes more pathetic when you USA as a very influencial country on earth made this claim that same-sex marriage is normal and is basic human right and should be promoted anywhere else through Obama. You should be very careful of what you are doing because it affects other countries as well. USA is not the world. There are cultures who see man and woman alone in a marriage. There are reasons for these and are all good. Like the proper upbringing of children in a heteresexual household. And I know the myth supported by LGBT supporters that children raised in same-sex household are also healthy when in fact the researches done are biased.

Now the minority LGBT supporters are trying to coerce the public officials to agree to their demands, that's more pathetic.

It's ok for Obama to publicly reject the DOMA, while it was still a law, but apparently this clerk doesn't have enough clout to reject a law that offends her and millions of others. This is the absolute height of hypocrisy. The laws in this country are a joke and have become more of a 'suggestion' to be enforced or rejected based on the whims and flavour of the current culture.

On Thursday, August 27, 2015, the first part of Iran’s most expensive movie trilogy, “Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah,” opened nationwide in Iran. It took more than eighty months for this movie to be completed. Its primary goal, according to its director Majid Majidi, “is to reclaim the rightful image of Islam, which he said extremists have distorted.”

The Iranian state has partly funded the film, most likely in an attempt to promote a Shiite understanding of the narrative of Muhammad’s life. This, of course, triggered controversy among Sunni Muslims. Al-Azhar University demanded that “Iran refrain from releasing the movie, so that an undistorted image of the prophet can be preserved in the minds of Muslims.”

[You do realize that pregnancy in the can literally kill you right? (Ectopic, pregnant with or after cancer, etc) make you bedridden for the entire duration (9 months off work if you have no one else to support you, not to mention up to tens of thousands of dollars to spend on medical bills, food, expensive maternity clothes, not counting utilities and rent/mortgage) or you can become suicidal if you have tokophobia or go off your psych meds for a pregnancy (most cause fetal abnormalities)?]

So what if the baby’s abnormal? That doesn’t give the baby any less of a right to live!
You know all of these terrible problems can be solved by… Um, not getting pregnant?
And honestly. If you did get pregnant, you should really make sure none of the problems listed could happen to you. A responsible parent-to-be would make sure none of these problems would occur before they decided to have a child.
Call me insensitive all you want.

[Nobody survives an ectopic pregnancy. Not the parent, not the fetus. Both die. The only solution is an abortion. Also, it’s not exactly easy to predict how your body will react to a pregnancy if you’ve never been pregnant and weren’t planning to be.
You’re really saying that a baby that will only live for 15 minutes in extreme pain shouldn’t be aborted while it’s non-sentient and unable to feel pain or be aware of it’s existence?
Birth control fails more often than you would think. People also get pregnant from rape. Are you really going to sit there and say it’s their fault?
Please tell me how one should go about planning to afford a pregnancy they never planned to have. Have you done this? Do you have some emergency plan in place for how to afford a pregnancy in case you get raped tomorrow? Do you know of some way that everyone regardless of income or level of ability can develop such a plan? Seriously what cartoon world do you live in? ]

Yeah. So sorry about ectopic pregnancies. But a.) not every pregnancy happens that way, and b.) the fear of an ectopic pregnancy should never keep you from getting pregnant and having a kid.
I’ll quote you for a second:
“You’re really saying that a baby that will only live for 15 minutes in extreme pain shouldn’t be aborted while it’s non-sentient and unable to feel pain or be aware of it’s existence?”
Shut up with your “non-sentient” excuse. You contradicted yourself, you know. So you agree that a baby can feel pain… but you say that it’s unconscious? Yeah. That makes so much sense.
Yeah. I know that birth control fails. So don’t rely on birth control to protect you from pregnancy. If you decide to have sex, you’re risking getting pregnant.
I know people get pregnant from rape. When did I ever say it was the mother’s fault? It’s not. But once you’re pregnant, you aren’t responsible for just one person. This isn’t the mother’s needs. It’s the baby’s needs as well!
Yeah. Pregnancy CAN be expensive. But you are out of your mind if you think that a baby’s life is worth less than the money you need to care for it.
Listen. You are thinking about the worst possible situations. If you expect me to change my opinion on killing babies just because of the mother’s position, you’re delusional.
You know what cartoon world I live in?
A world where there aren’t terrible people like you that think killing the unborn is moral and completely okay.

Another thing to realize, is that we have an enemy, and we are at war. God’s Word tells us the satan has come to steal, kill, and destroy.

He also has his human workers here on the earth, willing and eager to do his bidding. They are called satanists. They worship satan as god. They receive orders from him, and will try to place curses and send demons upon believers, as a form of worshiping him. Satan will try to get his people to attack true believers. (The lukewarm ones he tends to not bother with; he probably figures they are already on his path anyways.)

For example, this Passover, we went out to bless our land and home again for the coming year. I had forgotten to bind up all forms of demonic interference before beginning, so of course I had interference. (I claim in the name of Jesus that I will never forget to do this again!)

While placing the blessed olive oil and kosher grape juice on the borders of our land, I slipped and fell hard. I fell so hard that the breath was knocked from my lungs for a moment. But fortunately, I was not doing this all by myself, and my son knew exactly what to do. He called upon the Lord to help me, and I was then able to pull air back into my lungs, and get up.

As we continued blessing the land, I suddenly had a very sharp pain in my side, that was so bad that I doubled over in pain and could not move. It remained, getting worse by the moment, until I broke the witches and Satanists silver cords and lay lines in the name of Jesus, and sent their curse back to them seven-fold. Immediately, as fast as it had come, it left. It left, as soon as I said the name of Jesus. (Just so you know, sudden shocking pain in the body, are sometimes attacks from Satanists or witches.)

Hell is no joking matter friend. The highway to Hell is real. Please don't choose Hell instead of Heaven. Why would you do such a foolish thing? Whether you believe that a literal burning Hell exists where unrepentant sinners will spend eternity is irrelevant from the fact that it truly does exist. You may not believe in electricity, but drop a radio into your bathtub without a ground fault circuit interrupt (GFCI) outlet and see what happens. Goodbye Charlie! Many people have been electrocuted over the past half century by electrical appliances falling into their bath water. ZZZHHHH!!!!

Even after ten trillion years, it won't even be the beginning of your eternal damnation, torment, misery, loneliness, regret and agony in the Lake of Fire. Perhaps you think that a God of love wouldn't put any of His creatures into Hell to be tormented. Look around you at all the suffering, torment, starvation and utter misery and pain in this sin-cursed world. If God allows suffering on earth, what makes you think that He won't cause suffering in eternity for those who caused most of the suffering on earth? Do you really want to be separated from God, your Maker, for all eternity, abandoned and forgotten about?

Quote# 112721

Are you An Alien Experiencer?

Humans who have personal contact with alien life are either an alien soul or an alien inheritor. Any exception to this is strictly circumstantial and extremely rare.

Not all humans are alien experiencers. Not all alien experiencers have active alien contact. The natural opportunity to have alien contact as a human is one we bring to life with us. It is due to our spiritual relationship of family.

40 to 42% of the human population of Earth is of some spiritual relation to another race of people. Alien contact is never random. The alien races only contact and work with capable and willing individuals among their own related humans. This contact is always spiritual and sometimes also physical. These humans' spiritual and physical states of consciousness often disagree, which may cause conflict so great that individual courses can continue only in spiritual states, or must stop completely.

10% of alien experiencers are directly related by spirit to an alien race. This means that by spirit they were alive in another race on another world before, then came here to their present lifetime for the purpose of working between worlds. These humans are of alien soul and are referred to by the alien races as teachers. The rest of the alien experiencers are decedent from the teachers and have inherited their own spiritual relationship and opportunity to work between our worlds with the alien races.

Right now, relatively few alien experiencers can achieve active, productive, ongoing contact. Difficulties are due to natural human instincts of fear and imagination as well as dogmatic religious beliefs and superstitions, prejudice against whatever, family and friendly pressure to conform to society, peer pressure to conform to UFO and spiritualist communities, exaggerations and fabrications by leading groupies, media sensationalism, the endless waves of abductee tide and main-lining of professional propaganda through the information grapevine.

Below are just some of the general things I watch for when helping somebody determine whether they have alien contact. But remember, we are all spirit and live an active spiritual existence regardless of whether we are related to any other race. Many humans have great spiritual ability and awareness and help humanity achieve great evolutional progress and do not work with alien life at all. And many great alien experiencers remain spiritually unaware through life.

If it is not known to you, do not pretend that you have alien contact! It doesn't help the efforts, and the alien races and those who really know them can tell. To know truly if you are alien-related, do not just take any human's word for it- they do not know better than you do. You can only determine it through your spiritual family.

[Do you value ALL human life?Or do you only value fetuses because they are the only truly “innocent” human life?]

What an astoundingly silly question.
There is no doubt the unborn are the most innocent of human beings – yet they’re the first pro-aborts demand to die for the sake of convenience. So, obviously, pro-aborts do NOT value all human life…just the human life that can choose to kill the unborn.
All humans are worthy of life – until their actions dictate otherwise. I do not mourn the non-innocent lives ended when terrorists are killed, or when criminals are shot by their intended victims.

[why are you soo emotional about abortion]

I’m emotional about it, sure, but emotions don’t guide my thinking. Facts, logic, reason, and science do. The unborn are undoubtedly human beings, no matter the silly semantic games and goal-post-moving bullshit pro-aborts do.
Human life is valuable. What really cemented my position is our first pregnancy, feeling our daughter grow in my wife’s belly.
When we first found out we were pregnant, I was devastated. I wasn’t ready for kids yet…but I never, ever once considered abortion. That was my child, and I would never do anything to harm her. By the time she was born, I was completely in love with her, and knew being a daddy was God’s plan for me

on Eric Garner's death

It’d be great if people stopped lying about this and other cases.

he resisted arrest.
1:20 into the video. He moves away from the officers and slaps their hands away.

Garner was an habitual criminal. It suck he died. It sucks hard, for him and his family.
But the choices he made led to his death.

And if he hadn’t resisted arrest, the stress on his body would have been minimal.
Again – it was his choice to KNOWINGLY break the law, and it was his choice to KNOWINGLY resist arrest.
His decisions and actions led DIRECTLY to his death.
I feel bad for his family, but for him?
My give-a-damn’s busted.

Interesting.

To the concept of following God being a boring life verses a life a sin being a fun life.....I'd say that is actually a falsehood. God's laws are here to protect us and to let us live a fuller freer life, many have fallen for the misconception that a life of debauchery is fun.

Probably the strongest form of this is sexual sin. Many believe God's laws are boring, sexual sin is fun and you'll live a fuller, life with more fun if you live it up sexually.

Well, if God created sex, created our bodies and created our need for sex and he tells us it is reserved to be between a husband and wife in a lifetime covenant it is interesting that everyone thinks they know better.

A Godly marriage of openness, respect, sacrifice and love will lead to a much more intense intimacy than any of the flings of sin. A faithful, lifelong partner will be a life free of sexual disease, pain over each other's sexual past, unwanted pregnancies, abortions, broken homes and children growing up without both parents, single parents trying to raise kids and earn an income, pain of being used for sex and than being abandoned by someone you cared about. People act as if free sex with no "rules" is so much fun with no dark side.

The same thing with abstaining from drugs and too much alcohol. "How boring". I think many believe that flippantly, without acknowledging the truth about how many thousands upon thousands upon thousands of lives that are destroyed with substance abuse, probably more like millions who get addicted to alcohol or some drug......all thinking it was fun to try it out and to get wasted at parties, never intending to actually get hooked but getting hooked all the same as it is difficult to use the stuff and not to physically build up some dependencies on it. "I can handle my liquor!", well, maybe you are. That doesn't negate the endless story of those whose lives were destroyed because life is just "more fun" with a little bit of drug to enhance things.

I believe the truth is that living within the healthy boundaries God laid out is a more happy, stable fulfilled life than those who think it's fun to live it up. Come back and visit these people in 30 years and see who often these things which seemed so fun at one point are looked back at with regret and have ended up damaging their lives.

These boundaries aren't given to deprive people of life/fun but for our own good and to increase the abundance of life.

In our current society, everybody wants to be seen as “tolerant”, and hopes to avoid being offensive, judgmental, or even worse, to be accused of being “racist”.

Well, eventually, whether they like it or not, the time comes when each individual must heed their own conscience and stand for what’s right, rather than what’s popular.

Homosexuality is wrong, and should not be tolerated.

Infanticide is wrong, and should not be tolerated.

Euthanasia is wrong, and should not be tolerated.

Restrictions on private citizens possessing and/or carrying firearms is wrong, and should not be tolerated.

Islam is wrong and should not be tolerated.

White people not being allowed to live, work, and/or conduct business with whoever they wish, and not being allowed to refuse to live, work, or conduct business with any specified group, is wrong, and should be tolerated.

There are some lines that cannot be crossed, and because of that, we as a nation, are condemned by our own actions to endure a massive bloodshed, maybe even a total national suicide, as our present situation inevitably continues to worsen in its perversion, deviance, and degeneration.

(on Kim Davis)

"She can resign and let someone else do the work she is bound by law to do. Or she can be jailed. That's how it works."

Not at all - sorry you are ignorant of the Constitution and the meaning of religious freedom. But, then again, it is so easy for an atheist to give up the religious freedoms of Christians - especially when it has been shows that atheists and gays are so hateful and violent. :-)

"She's a poster child for faith-based bigotry and hatred."

More name-calling by the so-called "rational" one. Of course, on atheism, there is nothing wrong with bigotry and hatred - since there are no grounds for objective moral values and duties on atheism. And your "pope" and "cardinals" agree with me here:

“In a universe of blind physical forces and genetic replication, some people are going to get hurt, other people are oing to get lucky, and you won’t find any rhyme or reason in it, or any justice. The universe that we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil and no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference… DNA neither knows nor cares. DNA just is. And we dance to its music.” (Richard Dawkins, River Out of Eden: A Darwinian View of Life (1995))

“Let me summarize my views on what modern evolutionary biology tells us loud and clear — and these are basically Darwin’s views. There are no gods, no purposes, and no goal-directed forces of any kind. There is no life after death. When I die, I am absolutely certain that I am going to be dead. That’s the end of me. There is no ultimate foundation for ethics, no ultimate meaning in life, and no free will for humans, either.” A-theist William Provine

“The position of the modern evolutionist is that humans have an awareness of morality because such an awareness of biological worth. Morality is a biological adaptation no less than are hands and feet and teeth. Considered as a rationally justifiable set of claims about an objective something, ethics is illusory. I appreciate when someone says, ‘Love thy neighbor as thyself,’ they think they are referring above and beyond themselves. Nevertheless, such reference is truly without foundation. Morality is just an aid to survival and reproduction, . . . and any deeper meaning is illusory.” (Michael Ruse, “Evolutionary Theory and Christian Ethics,” in The Darwinian Paradigm (London: Routledge, 1989), pp. 262-269).

"no purpose, no evil and no good," "no ultimate foundation for ethics, no ultimate meaning in life," "ethics is illusory"

There you have it - that is YOUR world. You don't get to borrow the existence of objective moral values and duties from the world of the theist - they do not exist to you - they are merely flavors of ice cream. When you make objective moral claims, as you did by objectively denouncing "bigot" and "hatred", you are actually acknowledging the existence of God - for which I thank you very much! :-)

Quote# 112711

I am Christian and that is the foundation from which I view the world. Although accused of it every time I mention the subject, I have never once tried to force anyone to accept my beliefs. If asked or invited to do so, I will share. I most certainly do believe God blessed all of us with free will – freedom – to choose the path in life that we feel suits us. If you feel that your freedom is derived from some other source or no source, then that is certainly your choice to make. So, it does not concern me that someone chooses another religion or no religion or whatever other path they wish to walk. I do not care if a person chooses to center their lives on an intimate relationship with a person of the same sex. There is a caveat. If your chosen path is to make me accept and endorse whatever it is you believe when it is absolutely contrary to what I firmly accept and believe then as they say over here in the hills, me and you, we going to have us a problem.

As the President’s ineptly named JV team continues their reign of terror across the Middle East great numbers of people are being brutally murdered. I am convinced they have some evil bastard whose job it is to dream up more horrific ways to murder people so they can share their terror with the world. Not only are they wiping out entire villages that do not hold their world view, they are destroying all vestiges of history they come across.

In the land of the free, there is a more sophisticated brand of coercion. If you are a baker and because of your beliefs you refuse to provide a cake supporting homosexual marriage, you will be sued, chased out of business, fined by some philosophically driven judge, and ordered to not speak about it. The same thing will happen to you if you are a florist, a photographer, or own a wedding chapel. Now, we have progressed to the next level wherein we have our first political prisoner. A woman jailed because her religious convictions prevent her from providing a marriage license bearing her name to homosexuals. She will remain in jail according to the judge, until she changes her mind. Until she changes her mind and goes against her conscious and Christian beliefs. In other words, endorse what we believe or we will destroy your life or put you in prison. How exactly does that differ from what is taking place in the Middle East? We have just not arrived at the point of killing people – yet.

There is a tremendous purge of American history happening right before our eyes and being endorsed by every talking head and chickensh*t politician in sight. The evil Confederate battle flag is being banned everywhere. Statues are coming down, schools are being renamed, even idiots wanting to dig up and move the remains of the dead. I read an article in Army magazine recently where some nitwit Army Major insisted that we rename all of those US Army bases that are currently named for traitors and slave owners. I could almost imagine the spit flying out of his mouth while he was pounding on the keyboard. When you are wiping out history, how again is that different from what is happening in the Middle East?

For the County Clerk who is currently jailed I have heard a lot of suggestions. If she refuses to obey the law, then she should be removed from office. That will be acceptable to me right after Barack Obama is removed from office for the same albeit more egregious reasons. Besides, I do not know which law the clerk is breaking. I do not believe a Supreme Court decree is a law. Another I have heard is if she does not want to do that job then she should just get another job. In other words if you choose to not violate your religious beliefs, you are banned from holding public office. There is religious accommodation all over federal and state governments and in the armed forces. Apparently, when it comes to homosexuality there is not. The rainbow flag of terror flies high.

I think I’ll go watch some football. Watching 300 pound men trying to impose their wills on another makes sense to me right now. You bust me in the mouth. I bust you in the mouth. Is that not what it is coming down to right here in the land of the free?

Question: "Where was God on September 11?"

Answer:
On September 11, 2001, God was exactly where He always is – in Heaven in total control of everything that happens in the universe. Why, then, would a good and loving God allow such a tragedy to happen? This is a more difficult question to answer. First, we must remember, “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts” (Isaiah 55:9). It is impossible for finite human beings to understand the ways of an infinite God (Romans 11:33-35). Second, we must realize that God is not responsible for the wicked acts of evil men. The Bible tells us that humanity is desperately wicked and sinful (Romans 3:10-18, 23). God allows human beings to commit sin for His own reasons and to fulfill His own purposes. Sometimes we think we understand why God is doing something, only to find out later that it was for a different purpose than we originally thought.

God looks at things from an eternal perspective. We look at things from an earthly perspective. Why did God put man on earth, knowing that Adam and Eve would sin and therefore bring evil, death, and suffering on all mankind? Why didn’t He just create us all and leave us in Heaven where we would be perfect and without suffering? It must be remembered that the purpose for all creation and all creatures is to glorify God. God is glorified when His nature and attributes are on display. If there were no sin, God would have no opportunity to display His justice and wrath as He punishes sin. Nor would He have the opportunity to show His grace, His mercy, and His love to undeserving creatures. The ultimate display of God’s grace was at the Cross where Jesus died for our sins. Here was unselfishness and obedience displayed in His Son who knew no sin but was “made sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21). This was all to the “praise of His glory” (Ephesians 1:14).

When thinking of September 11, we tend to forget the thousands of miracles that occurred on that day. Hundreds of people were able to flee the buildings just in the nick of time. A small handful of firemen and one civilian survived in a tiny space in a stairwell as the one of the towers collapsed around them. The passengers on Flight 93 defeating the terrorists was a miracle in and of itself. Yes, September 11 was a terrible day. Sin reared its ugly head and caused great devastation. However, God is still in control. His sovereignty is never to be doubted. Could God have prevented what happened on September 11? Of course He could, but He chose to allow the events to unfold exactly as they did. He prevented that day from being as bad as it could have been. Since September 11, how many lives have been changed for the better? How many people have placed their faith in Christ for salvation as a result of what happened? The words of Romans 8:28 should always be in our minds when we think of 9-11, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, and are called according to His purpose.”

Sorry, but when the tenets of evolution can be boiled down into the statement, "In the beginning, Common Ancestor..." you have made yourself a religion.

You're just being a hypocrite here.

And yet, I just read an article yesterday about shocked parents discovering that their children were made to study Islam for three weeks in public schools. To the point of reciting together that Allah is the one true God over all!
No hypocrisy here...
Agenda anyone?

When a man asked Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis, “Would you do this to an interracial couple?” she replied, “A man and a woman, no.”

The question was asked while the cameras were rolling because it is essential to their case that LGBT supporters convince the public that speaking against homosexuals, is similar to racism.

This is one of the reasons why "Audacity" is such an important movie. It shows that homosexuality is a choice, as is adultery, fornication and theft.

We don’t choose our skin color, but we do choose our sins--and for that we will be morally responsible to God.
