We’ve seen also how the Obama Administration’s push for same sex marriage has occurred in lockstep with policies that are hostile to marriage, such as the severe marriage penalty written into Obamacare.

Activist judges have taken their cues from Attorney General Eric Holder who used the DOMA repeal to proclaim open season on any state that recognizes marriage as an organic (i.e., heterosexual) union of one man and one woman. In their crosshairs are state constitutions, businesses, students, communities, churches, and all of those bogus “conscience clauses” that were written into same sex marriage legislation in order to sway wavering state legislators to vote “aye.”

The tipping point came soon after certain big name conservatives and pundits swallowed the bait on same sex marriage. Folks like Michael Barone, John Bolton, George Will, S. E. Cupp, and David Blankenhorn have played a huge role in building momentum for this movement, which, as we will see, is blazing a trail to the abolition of state recognized marriage. And whether they know it or not, advocacy for same sex marriage is putting a lot of statist machinery into motion. Because once the state no longer has to recognize your marriage and family, the state no longer has to respect the existence of your marriage and family.

Without civil marriage, the family can no longer exist autonomously and serve as a wall of separation between the individual and the state. This has huge implications for the survival of freedom of association.

The notion of marriage equality was never about marriage or about equality. It’s all about the wrapping paper. It’s been packaged as an end in itself, but it is principally just a means to a deeper end. It is the means by which marriage extinction – the true target — can be achieved. If marriage and family are permitted to exist autonomously, power can be de-centralized in society. So the family has always been a thorn in the side of central planners and totalitarians. The connection between its abolition and the limitless growth of the state should be crystal clear. So anyone who has bought into this movement, or is tempted to do so, would want to step back and take a harder look.

Revelation 14:11, “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” It makes me sad to think that Brian Johnson rejects Jesus Christ, and that he will spilt Hell wide open the moment that he passes into eternity. Just because Mr. Johnson doesn't believe in Hell doesn't mean that he is safe. Denying the reality of Hell doesn't make anybody exempt from the judgments of God.

Kindly, Johnson should be afraid... VERY AFRAID. Johnson doesn't fear death because he is woefully ignorant of God. It is obvious that Mr. Johnson has lived a life completely devoid of hearing the Words of God. If Johnson truly understood that he will spent all eternity burning in Hell, he would be horrified. I mean, it won't even be the beginning in Hell after all these years . . .

Harm is not subjective and cannot merely be a product of someone’s feelings. First, because we know that people, due to socialization, invalidation, and inequality, are not always aware of the harm as harm. Second, because we would not say, for example, that men are “harmed” if they cannot have sex with any woman they want or that Christians are “harmed” by homosexuality — even though many clearly feel that way.

There is never a question of a woman’s agency. At a trivial and metaphysical level, we are always free to choose what we do unless we are unconscious, under the influence of hallucinogens, or physically disabled. I am not judging or arguing against what women are choosing when they “consent” but what men (and some women) choose to do to them. What is important is the social norms, practices, and conditions that make that choice possible. Prostitution could not be a choice if there were no demand and if we did not think that people were things to be bought and sold.

Equalizing violence does not create equal conditions. We do not solve the problem of racial inequality by having the police arrest and violate the civil liberties of an equal number of white males; we eradicate inequality by eradicating the conditions of subordination and creating positive, material change that truly values all people as free and equal.

We at Answers in Genesis have been saddened by recent news of a devastating earthquake that rocked Nepal on April 25. This earthquake and its aftershocks have killed thousands, levelled buildings, and left countless thousands homeless and hungry. It even triggered an avalanche on Mount Everest that resulted in fatalities.

Now, the headline of an article in the New York Times declares, “Ancient Collision Made Nepal Earthquake Inevitable.” The author writes, “More than 25 million years ago, India, once a separate island on a quickly sliding piece of the Earth’s crust, crashed into Asia. The two land masses are still colliding, pushed together at a speed of 1.5 to 2 inches a year. The forces have pushed up the highest mountains in the world, in the Himalayas, and have set off devastating earthquakes.”

But starting from the history recorded in God’s Word we know that this earthquake is not the result of a crash 25 million years ago and slow and gradual processes ever since. Instead, when we start with the history recorded in God’s Word, we know that this earthquake is one of the tragic consequences of the Fall and the global Flood of Noah’s day.

You see, God’s original creation did not contain earthquakes or any other natural disasters. When God saw all that He had made over Creation Week, He called it “very good” (Genesis 1:31). The original creation was free from any death or suffering. It wasn’t until Adam and Eve rebelled against God that death and suffering became a part of our world (Genesis 2:17, 3:1–24). The death and suffering caused by this earthquake is a reminder of sin and the severe consequences that rebellion against our Creator brings. Thankfully, we can have hope looking forward to the new heavens and new earth when “God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away” (Revelation 21:4).

We know the collision of the two plates that created the fault line that caused this earthquake did not happen 25 million years ago. This collision of plates would have occurred during the global Flood of Noah’s day around 4,350 years ago. This global catastrophe—a judgment on man’s wickedness—completely reshaped the globe. It would’ve ripped the original, single pre-Flood land mass apart. The process that did this, catastrophic plate tectonics, likely caused by the breaking up of the fountains of the great deep (Genesis 7:11), would’ve rapidly moved those newly created plates into near their current positions. They’ve been moving slowly ever since. The catastrophic moving and colliding of these plates is responsible for many of our mountain chains, like the Himalayas in Nepal and even Mount Everest. The fault lines around the globe that cause earthquakes are also grim reminders of the judgment of Noah’s day.

Please be in prayer for Nepal and especially for our brothers and sisters in that country who are reaching out to victims with the love of Christ. Also, as they watch the news, many people will be asking how God could allow such a tragedy. I encourage you to equip yourself with the biblical answer to why there is death and suffering—because of Adam and Eve’s rebellion—so that you can answer their questions and point them toward the hope that we can have even in the midst of tragedy because of the sacrifice of Jesus and the salvation that He offers. It’s important to know that such tragedy is not God’s fault—it’s our fault because of our sin in Adam. God stepped into history in the person of His Son to rescue us from the problem we caused and the resulting separation from our God.

If the American people value liberty over their own lives-- and that is a big "if" these days-- they have no option but to resist tyrannical leaders who overthrow the rule of law, the rule of reason, and rely on the abusive exercise of "raw judicial power" to push their own political will on the people contrary to reason and common sense. This is a hill worth dying on.

A frightened student is at a “confidential address” after her father threatened to kill her because of her “Westernised behaviour”, a family court judge has been told.

The woman’s father had told her she needed to “die in a religious state” and “I am going to kill you”, Mr Justice Hayden heard. She called police and left the family home with the help of officers when her parents were out, her lawyer said. Details of the case emerged yesterday at a hearing in the Family Division of the High Court in London.

Barrister Katy Chokowry said the woman’s parents did not like her wearing leggings because they were “Western clothing”. She said the woman, in her twenties, who worked part-time at a McDonald’s to help her finance her studies, was “in fear for her safety”.

The threats were triggered when her parents discovered she had a boyfriend in Pakistan. Mr Justice Hayden was told that there were fears the woman would be made to marry “the son of a family friend”, and he made a forced marriage protection order.

The Vagina...

...is neither unique nor special; there are around 4 BILLION of them on the planet. It does not bestow upon the creature who posesses one the right to privelage or special attention.
Having a vagina does not entitle you to behave like a spoiled brat.
It is not a ticket to a free ride. Vaginas are holes for penises. Nothing more, nothing less.
Like a child is 'special' to its parents, a vagina is only 'special' to its owner (or the man who temporarily owns it) and you cannot expect preferential treatment just because you happen to have one.
It is an organ designed to be penetrated by a penis; that's what it's for.
Getting all iffy and uptight because men want to do just that is ridiculous.
The vagina bleeds, and no matter how you dance around the subject it's not ok to talk about it in public.
If men 'leaked' sperm for 5 days a month and had to insert little absorbent tampons it would be labelled 'a disgusting man thing'.
The vagina has been replicated and can now be purchased without the accompanying meatbag. What this means is that your special thing is now not so special.
So...
Just because you have a meaty hole with lips, fluff and a micro penis does not mean you have the right to be a crazy bitch.
