National holidays are established based on something. We have one in January celebrating the birthday of a civil rights leader. In February we have a national holiday celebrating the birthdays of two presidents. In May we remember those who have fallen in service of this country. In July we celebrate the birth of a nation. In September we commemorate the labor movement and Veterans are honored in November. Each national holiday is for a specific reason.

We are told by the secular folks that December 25th is not a celebration about a religious figure. If not, then what does it celebrate? If that religious figure had never existed what would be the reason for the celebration? Why would it be a national holiday? If Jesus (pronounced “hay-zoose”) had never existed then there would be no December 25th celebration called Christmas (or Xmas if you prefer)

Yea, I did leave the one out in November but that history also involves some religious stuff and thanking someone whom the secular humanist, atheistic folks say doesn’t exist. Perhaps they should thank the government for their welfare check or Obamacare.

Liberals believe in separation of church and state unless government will pay you overtime pay on those religious oriented holidays. (Another one of those “inconvenient truths”)

Where do the presents in Obama Claus's bag come from? Do elves in the North Pole make them, or are they extracted from the peasantry? Are the "rich" the reindeer harnessed to this Santa's sleigh? With the energy expended in pulling it, is there any left over for creating wealth and generating jobs?

The spirit of human kindness does not drive us to larceny, regimentation and destruction of the economy.

Symbols are important – cupid for love, the flag for loyalty – though the virtues they represent exist independently.

It's nice to have a merry old fellow with a twinkle in his eye to personify kindness and the urge to give – especially at a time of the year that represents sharing for so many. The warmth of the ideal penetrates even the cold and dark of the season.

Newspaperman Francis Pharcellus Church had it right in an 1897 editorial answer to little Virginia O'Hanlon. "Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. He lives as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist."

He lives in all of us, if we connect with him. When you put change in a Salvation Army kettle, when you donate to a food bank, when you volunteer for a charity, when you spend time with a child, when you try to sooth a troubled spirit, when you reach out to a stranger – you are Santa Claus.

This Santa can do anything – even overcome bureaucratic inanity, racial grievances and politically correct penguins.

The Supreme Court of the United States and all of its subordinate Courts as well as State District Courts will be stripped of any authority to hear any case regarding faith based religion of Christianity of any denomination unless it is regarding an abridgement clause violation or any other violation of this Amendment and shall be met with criminal punishment. Moreover, ALL previous rulings handed down by the Supreme Court regarding faith based religion as regards worship, open prayer led by public officials, students or displaying upon government, private or any public property within the borders the United States and it's territories any religious items such as the Bible, The Ten Commandments, Christmas trees, nativity scenes, crosses or ANY other Christian symbol..etc., shall be deemed null void and officially reversed.

Ariticle Five shall also be Amended to include that the 28th Amendment to the Constitution shall never be repealed and have the same protections as States Suffrage rights. This shall remain the law of the land until time indefinite or until Almighty God says otherwise. (complete definitions of each word in this amendment as it is written in context shall be defined so as not to be misconstrued in ANY way by future generations NOR the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
