[On the bombing of the Boston Marathon]

As much as this horrible event hurts, saddens, scares, etc., let's remember that Satan loves to divide & conquer & he's probably happy if we start bickering amongst each other.....there are SO MANY facets to this travesty, but perhaps the most significant is that people might be 'shaken' enough to turn to the Lord; realize that life is precious & waaaaayyyy more important than self-glorification in some ancient race.

I'm a runner but never ran anything close to a marathon, but so many of these folks spend many of their waking moments preparing for this event, it's become idolatry; perhaps now they will look to Jesus.......& I am praying for President Obama; as much as I disagree w/ some of his decisions, I pray he's moved by this & perhaps he'll seek the Lord as well....?

There's been some awful violence in Boston recently, esp the bus driver who was attacked & beaten by a mob of 15-16 year olds in March. I don't even bother going into the city unless I absolutely need to. What can we expect from a godless city though? A city clearly calling 'evil' good & 'good' evil? It's like God's Hand of protection has been removed from that area. We don't live near the city & I'm very content in my blue-collar 'uncultured' town.

Sources reported about a doctor who took his patient to Pentecostal church for carrying out an exorcism.

Dr. Thomas O'Brien took the woman for a four-hour-long "testimony" where the exorcism occurred. The accuse has given a conditions on his registration for 18 months after it was lined that he forgot his professional and private boundaries and forced his religious beliefs on the woman.

The GMC heard discovered a patient who was named in Staffordshire. She was prescribed antihypertensive, prescribed antidepressant and analgesic medication. However, the woman stopped consuming the medicines after Dr. O'Brien said that "there is another way".

She said the doctor gave her lifts to a Pentecostal church in Stoke-on-Trent. The doctor suggested the woman that her surgeon is god and she will be cured by god only. The patient claimed that the doctor also provide her with books about the church.

The church is run by the doctor and another person. The exorcism was carried out on January 19. She also disclosed that the doctor strictly suggested her to not to tell her psychiatrist about the meeting as they conduct the devil's work and she will be cursed.

bacteria may, like a fetus, have a heartbeat, but a fetus actually develops into a breathing, talking, living person. There's a HUGE difference between a human and a plant. Humans live, make descisions, interact with others, and do so much more than an actual plant. Plants have their uses a well, but they are in nonways as amazing or complex as a human life. So yes, fetuses and plants have heartbeats, but human lives have so much more value and impact than plant lives.

Progressive secularists know in their heart that God exists (Rom 1:21). Every time they moralize about racism, slavery, torture and corporate corruption they presuppose His existence. For if there is no ultimate justice then all of their moralizing would unintelligible because they have no point of reference... no objective standard to which they can appeal to in order to reveal how they know their morality has any basis. If they were consistent, it would mean that genocide was no different than a day with the family at Disneyland.

In a recently posted You Tube sermon, the pastor of Chalcedon Presbyterian Church, Dr. Joe Morecraft says in a Biblical society, the godly must own “the fool who despises God’s wisdom” because it’s the only way to keep those with a “slave mentality” from ruining other people’s families.

Based on Proverbs 11:29, Morecraft makes a case for Biblically justified enslavement of a man who does not “trust in Christ” since slavery is the only way to “keep a fool under wraps.”

The dominionist pastor interprets the Proverb to predict that in a Christian theocracy, an unbeliever will “lose his family, his property, and his freedom,” and “his energies, talents and life will not be used as he himself pleases, but in the service of wise people who work hard to benefit the community.”

“Put him in somebody’s service where they can watch over him and make him do right even though he doesn’t want to do it.”

According to Pastor Morecraft, the consequences of being a “foolish person who is unwilling to live by the Word of God” is to “become a slave of somebody who is godly and who is wise.”

5 Reasons Gay Parents Are A Very Bad Idea

1. It goes against God's Plan for a Holy, Wholesome and Biologically correct family unit, One man One woman.

2. It is confusion to a child who is brought up in it, and none of the children in that family could ever be the result of a normal union between those 2 parents.

3. It is an ultra abomination before God since it places an abomination that God Hates in front of innocent children, and attempts to create a normality to that which is ultra abnormal, and damages the young childrens hearts and their morality in the worst way.

4.The endorsement of such arrangements promotes further sin because it will encourage it "Train up a child in the way they will go and when they are old they will not depart from it"

5. The succeeding generations will have become unable to rationalize between what is right and wrong on account of living in this lifestyle.

The love of money really is the root of evil. I can't help but note that we are about to 'celebrate' the 38th anniversary of Roe v Wade. Being a person who believes in BIBLICAL numerology, I understand the number 40 to be a number of testing and purification or as a Messianic Jew once told me, a number of beautification. We are two years away from the 40th anniversary of legalized murder of innocent babies. Israel gave the Lord a hard time for 40 days and were punished with having to wander the desert for 40 years. The 2nd Temple was destroyed 40 years after Israel rejected Jesus. I wonder what may be in store for the U.S. 2 years from now.

I saw a show about prophecy, all kinds, not just Biblical, earlier this week. The show mentioned the Web Bot. I'd heard of it before but wasn't really familiar with it. On this show it was claimed that the Web Bot, using various information, can predict the future with 90% accuracy. Three months before 9/11, the narrator claimed that the Web Bot spit out a prediction about burning buildings and a catastrophic event within the next 2-3 months. Whether or not that's true, I don't know but the evidence points to this being true. What I find most interesting in the Web Bot is that it is being absolutely silent in regards to the period of time from 12/21/12 to May of 2013.

The signs that we are in the end of times are clear. Is the Web Bot a fulfillment of the prophecy "knowledge will increase"? Could the Web Bot be silent because that is the period of time when the rapture happens, the war of Gog and Magog and/or the beginning of the tribulation? I don't know. I surely can't say yes, but I can say it's a possibility. One thing is certain...the 40th anniversary of Roe v Wade falls in that silent period of time from 12/2012 to 5/2013.

There are just so many intriguing things going on in the world today, I can't help but look at all of them and then look up, they all point to Jesus' return.

I was recently told that I am too Christian and homophobic by our brigade EO NCOIC because I told a male Soldier to stop walking in a manner that was extremely unprofessional (flaming gay) while in uniform. I was told, by threat of a relief for cause NCOER, to do a Company level briefing on the repeal of DADT and homosexual diversity. I told the leader that ordered me to do this that I am a Christian and am completely against homosexual lifestyles and their behavior, but ended up having to do the brief because I didn't think it was worth hurting my family and possibly ruining everything I've worked hard for over the last decade. The person that ordered me to do this has the power to take away my time, money, and rank. Also, the person named as the Fort Bragg "spouse of the year" is a lesbian female married to a female LTC. How is this possible if gay marriage is not federal law, let alone God's law? Do not be fooled by the political lies and rhetoric, there is an absolute war on Christianity and Christians like me in our military.

Brothers and sister in Christ, I have belonged to this site since last summer. When I found it I was so excited to fellowship with like minded people. At the same time I was reading the Left Behind series twice in a row. It all made.sense and fit together.

Then along came a new phone with videos. Many many pastors or teachers believe in the rapture and this is to my relief. Lately I have been hit with many many people "debunking" the rapture. I have been spinning my wheels defending it to the point where it is literally wearing me out!

In fact on one youtube site my comments, only mine, have been disabled.b/c I was not only defending the pretrib rapture but she was saying that the rapture is the great deception. That when we have to go thru the trib we will be so mad and disappointed in God we will be offended and fall.away!

I told this youtuber is very passionate that we will go through the 7 yr tribulation and not be raptured until the end, about Tims ideas that this would be a u turn rapture. Go home turn around and come right back.

She is insisting that if we believe in the pre-trib rapture we are not preparing ourselves and will end up being deceived by the AC and even taking the chip. On account of scripture that says even the very elect will be deceived.

I believe in the pre-trib rapture and like most of you have such faith in the Lord that if we are to suffer persecution I have already surrendered everything to Jesus and will do what I have to do to stay close to His holy throne. Even unto death.

I am sorry. I am just tired of trying to defend not just the idea of pretrib but the fact that Christians are calling it Luciferian and I will be a part of the great falling away. My heart is broken. The rapture is my blessed hope as is yours!

...

Have any of you noticed an uptick in bashing pre-tribbers? It's like it really makes people angry and we are all the body of Christ! I do know satan loves to cause diversion in the church but this, of course being from satan is something more. You all know how the persecution of.Christians is on the rise and coming to.America, it's almost as if us pre-tribbers will be the first thrown into the fire so to speak.

I never realized how much pre-tribbers are hated. Why?

I am only writing this because I feel like crying. My core belief, by fellow Christians, is "debunked" ok...but to say we are so deceived we are the falling away! Pre trib is the great deception spoken of in Revelation!

I am literally sad by this.

Please brothers and sisters any thoughts?

Anyone else being so.attacked by our stance that they tell you, you will end up worshipping the beast?

Ugh,

Love to you all! And as usual Rapture Ready is my constant safe haven in this cruel world!

Years ago an old friend and my former pastor told me a story(this is a true story btw). This occured somewhere in England. There was a UFO cult in the area, and they had been staying in this town because of several para-normal events(a face-less man was seen outside an old building, weird lights in the sky etc). One night the leader of one of the UFO cults stayed alone in their makeshift headquarters. The man saw a bright light outside, and curious, he went out to investigate. He saw a shining figure coming down from the sky towards him. He was thinking "This is it...im being abducted", but the "alien", which was a shining figure in white, said something to him he wasn't expecting.

It was an angel, and it told him "You are in grave danger. UFOs are of demonic influence. Satan knows his time is short, Jesus is Returning soon."

The angel then left. This man then immediately went to a church and became a born-again Christian.

Soon is much closer now..

What was Hitler's plan to get rid of the Jewish people? First was to dehumanize them, then the rest fell into place - this is what the liberals have done to those babies. Even Rahm Immanuel and Axelrod said that abortion rights should extend for "fetus'" up to 2 years old.

Dads against daughters dating?

There's a new t-shirt, a couple of new books out on the subject and a movement that goes beyond the bookstores pushing the concept.

But say what you want, it is an idea whose time once was, and needs to be renewed. Dating is a lousy idea. Somewhere along the line in the early to middle twentieth century culture decided that young couples pairing off and discovering fuller (actually, far shallower) meanings and implications of sexuality was a good idea.

The concept of courtship is winning out in the minds of a growing number of evangelical parents. Here is the basic, if woefully brief, brief - let Dads in particular and parents in general be on the lookout for mates for their daughters. Pray long and hard. Trust in God. If a guy takes an interest in your gal, he works through Dad first, not Dad later. Courtship is done with the purpose of marriage in mind, so it is not done lightly. Precious little physical contact prior to marriage. First kiss ought to be at the wedding altar. Time alone with the opposite sex ought to be limited.

You get the gist. It works out differently for different families. But for all those wondering which planet these practitioners of courtship are from one would be hard-pressed to suggest that dating as a norm has worked out well Christians since we began participating in this now-cultural norm unthinkingly.

Only one problem with the T-shirt. Mine reads "Dads-Against-Sons-Dating, Too." I have five of those "sons."

Really, thank you. The "fark you I got mine" attitude of you and your ilk has enabled me to experience poor life without the help of welfare or charity, so I got to see exactly what kind of real and lasting damage that attitude is causing to the country.]

Back before minimum wage laws, back before minimum health insurance coverage, back before unemployment insurance requirements, ANYone could have/would have taken you in, given you a warm, dry place to sleep, clothed you, given you three square meals, and a stipend, and in return you'd have to repair fences, feed livestock, iron clothes, make beds, etc.

Even a serious dredge of a 16 yo can handle that.

Your ilk's attitude destroyed that. You MUST be paid $7.25/hr in any employment arrangement, even if you can't fart without help. If you work more than 30/hrs a week, you MUST have this insurance, that insurance, and a guarantee that you'll never be sad. (Maybe that last bit hasn't passed the Senate yet)

“This idea of two men getting married is the most bizarre idea in human history,” Donohue told host John Fugelsang, adding that the purpose of marriage is a “duty” to procreate.

“The whole purpose of marriage is to have a family,” he said. “It’s not about making people happy. It’s not about love.”

Fugelsang repeatedly pressed Donohue to explain where Jesus preaches anything about “treating our gay friends like second-class citizens.” The host also pointed out that the Catholic leader is a hypocrite for demanding we follow a Leviticus passage that prohibits “lying with another man,” yet he doesn’t refrain from eating pork or from wearing shirts with mixed fibers.

“I think there’s a little bit of difference between what kind of shirt I buy and two guys having anal sex,” Donohue dismissed.

[W]hat has the left done to make abortion “rare?” Where is the educational effort to explain that abortion is not an acceptable alternative to either contraception or simply “just saying no?”

Just because something is legal doesn’t make it right. Just because something is the law of the land doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t fight against injustice and atrocity.

Since Roe v Wade, over 50 million unborn babies have been sacrificed. Abortion is an immoral, abomination, worse by far than slavery. I would not spend a single red cent to assist a woman trying to kill her unborn child unless she would die if she attempted to carry that child to term.

Planned Parenthood is a slaughterhouse for unborn humans. You are suggesting that if they had more money, the floors of the slaughterhouse would be cleaner, and maybe the walls would be painted more often….or they would be more efficient….maybe 60 million dead babies instead of 50 million. It doesn’t change the nature of the abomination.

Go ahead…..justify your position.

It returns us to the dark ages of human oppression, which America was founded to remove humanity from, and it is the whole point of the push for homosexual marriage and homosexual rights. The aim is not compassion for homosexuals, respect for homosexuals and all of this; the aim in the mind of these hardheaded, calculating, leftist, Communist, totalitarians is to destroy the family and to establish the notion that once you have seized power there is no limit whatsoever to what you can do. If you want to tolerate abuses then those abuses can be imposed upon the people. Once you establish that, the abuses are then not going to be confined to egregious outrages like this; those abuses are going to be committed against the whole society and they will in the end include the murder of the masses as has occurred in all Communist regimes that existed. That includes as well the expropriation of all property because if you don’t respect the primordial God-endowed belongings that are associated with family life then why on earth would you be constrained to respect any other form of human property claim.

The head of the Family Research Council, Tony Perkins, who once bragged that he'd written the antigay portions of last year's Republican Party platform, is now telling his followers to boycott.

Perkins wants payback for suggestions by Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus and others who say the GOP should spend less time talking about "traditional" marriage.

"Until the RNC and the other national Republican organizations grow a backbone and start defending core principles, don't give them a dime of your hard-earned money," Perkins wrote to followers in a newsletter on Thursday. He suggested that instead they send checks directly to FRC because, "At least then you can relax, knowing that your money will be spent advancing faith, family, and freedom!"

Perkins is unmoved by analysis suggesting the party is alienating young voters, who polls show overwhelmingly support marriage equality.

"Instead of trying to appease millennials, Republicans should try educating them on why marriage matters," he wrote.

Jewish women are even more hateful of Christians.

My precious elder daughter was seduced by a Jew into a homosexual relationship. They refuse to allow me to find her father to speak with; my daughter has the Word of God in her heart. It is an unspeakable conspiracy against the seed of the righteous.

The Jewish lesbian has no belief in heaven or hell; a conspiracy of death to make herself the end of all things; a hatred of her family and of God’s creative power. The seed of the righteous is blessed.

Be not deceived. Christians in all aspects of society get attacked by not just avarice, but by people despising their offspring, just as Tsar Nicholas II and his family were despised. My God shall avenge me.

Michigan Republican National Committeeman Dave Agema continues to defend his decision to share an article warning parents about the "filthy lifestyle" of homosexuals, saying this week that Christians should help people "get out of it."

Agema, who is in Los Angeles representing Michigan at the RNC's annual spring meeting, discussed the controversy Wednesday on Washington Watch, a radio show run by the Family Research Council.

"What I'd like to have the homosexual community know is I don't hate them," he said. "As a matter of fact when Jesus caught a woman in the act of adultery when they brought her to him he said, 'I don't condemn you but go and sin no more.' That ought to be the church's goal here. We ought to be saying to these people, 'Hey, we don't agree with your lifestyle and we'll help you get out of it, but we want you to know the facts of what's going to happen to you if you stay in this lifestyle.'"

The former state representative from West Michigan entered the national debate on gay marriage two weeks ago by sharing an article on Facebook titled "Everyone Should Know These Statistics on Homosexuality," which began with a warning to parents that their children could be "indoctrinated" at public schools.

Agema repeated that claim on Wednesday, saying that school kids are already being conditioned to accept homosexuality and that "the next thing that will occur is your kids will come home and say, 'I think this is a good thing and I think I want to be one.'"

The article also described various health problems associated with "the lifestyle," citing sources from 1978 to 1994, including a non-practicing chiropractor with ties to white supremacist and anti-Semitic groups. Agema has since updated the "traditional marriage" section of his personal website with links to additional sources, including the Family Research Council.

"If you really love someone, if you really were concerned about someone, if you saw your friend for example dying of alcoholism would you just stand quietly by and watch it happen?" Agema said on the radio program. "Or would you speak up and say hey I want to help you. That's what we should be doing."

[...]

Agema, whose position gives him a voice in the development of party policy, has stressed the need for the GOP to maintain conservative principles. The MIRS subscription newsletter reports that an RNC panel this week unanimously approved an Agema resolution highlighting the differences between the Republican and Democratic parties, including the position that marriage is between one man and one woman.
