Homosexuality is an illicit lust forbidden by God. He said to His people Israel, "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination" (Leviticus 18:22). "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them" (Leviticus 20:13).

In these passages homosexuality is condemned as a prime example of sin, a sexual perversion. The true Christian can neither alter God's viewpoint nor depart from it.

This has nothing to do with doctrine; it is in the Bible, and the Bible does not change. People have changed since the beginning of time, but God does not change. You may not pick and choose which parts of God's teaching you wish to obey.

The Roman Catholic Church needs to wash its dirty laundry, but it cannot change the teachings of the Bible.

Liberal women are too fragile and too easily offended to hold political office -- that's the latest pronouncement from ultra-controversial pundit Ann Coulter, who made the comments during an appearance on conservative host Sean Hannity's Fox News program Thursday.

Hannity and Coulter's discussion centered around the heated gun control legislation exchange that took place Thursday between Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas).

After Cruz quoted portions of the Bill of Rights to Feinstein, the senior senator snapped back, saying she's "not a sixth grader."

[...]

“I used to think women just should not be able to vote. Now I think at least liberal women should not be able to hold office,” Coulter said. “Every time you try to have a discussion with them, they become hysterical, they cry, and they want to show pictures of dead children. As if our position is 'we don’t mind a few dead children.' Our position is ‘concealed carry’ would stop these slaughters.”

Coulter has been consistently outspoken on the issue of guns and control in America.

In January, Coulter was criticized for saying gun crime was a "demographic" problem. Also in January, Coulter argued that public records of gun permit holders should not be made available. She then suggested records of women who've had abortion be revealed.

"Why can't we get a record of women who have had abortions?" Coulter asked Hannity at the time. "They get money from Planned Parenthood; they get money from Medicare and Medicaid, much of these are tax subsidies. I think mothers might want to know what other women on their street might be willing to murder a child."

[Here I want to address Senator Portman directly.]

To state it bluntly, Senator Portman, Christianity, the Word of God, and the proper view of homosexuality has nothing to do with you or your changing perspective. It has everything to do with the unchanging Word of God. Your attempt to cloak your opinion by distorting the Word of God is not only offensive but blasphemous. I encourage you to open your Bible and read what it says about false teachers and those who add to or take away from the Word of God.

I understand that your son is a homosexual. As a Christian you are called to love him but you cannot condone his sin and encourage others to do the same. Principles are higher than our individual circumstances. Principles do not change because the circumstances in our lives change.

He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it. (Matthew 10:37-39)

Condoning the sin of homosexuality will not help your son to lead a “happy, meaningful” life. He cannot lead such a life in direct opposition to the Word of the Lord. You have taken the easy path and it will only lead to sin and death, error, and worse.

My prayers are with you and your family but Christians must not let your attempt to pervert the Word of God to fit your own personal life go unchallenged.

Referring a woman who is still making up her mind or even is positively looking *not* to abort to a pro-abortion counselor just to discuss her pregnancy and her "options" with her, when she originally came to a pro-life counselor, gives a whole new meaning to the word "diabolical." This could be a woman who is undecided, not even going to a doctor seeking an abortion, and the law is requiring any "counselor" to be sure she gets the pro-abort spiel. Incredible.

Let's see, The Ordinary Magisterium taught geocentrism, the Father's believed and taught geocentrism and all the faithful held it as true - It is hard to simply deny Pope Urban's directive:
“The proposition that the sun is the center of the world and does not move from its place is absurd and false philosophically and formally heretical, because it is expressly contrary to the Holy Scripture.”
“The proposition that the Earth is not the center of the world and immovable but that it moves, and also with a diurnal motion, is equally absurd and false philosophically and theologically considered at least erroneous in faith.”

Could it possibly be that we all have been misled? I am starting to believe that is the case. More and more data is coming out, empirical scientific data from peer reviewed journals, which unwittingly comes full circle to things like Ether and a central earth.

Why do people think bacteria some how proves evolution is true?
If you had studied you'd know it's not evolution at all: The bacteria that survive aren't strong, they are defective examples that can't metabolise food properly, or pump fluid fast through their skin. The healthy bacteria all get killed off by the chems, leaving the defective ones able to succeed in the now-empty environment.

When the penicillin is removed, the healthy bacteria repopulate and squeeze out the mutants. That's why hospitals have the problem: they use penicillin and bleach all the time. The 'superbugs' have a broken mechanism which enables them to survive, but they are not more complex or superior in any way. Studies of these bacteria and other organisms show this.

Quote# 93236

The next time you’re at a “gay ’ wedding with political, media or other important pro-gay-marriage celebrities, and one of them gets up with a glass of wedding punch to toast Partner A and Partner B for their courage to “be themselves,” here’s a question to shout out (in a feigned drunken slur) from the back: “Hey, Dude, why don’t you support bi-sexual marriage too? Are you some kind of bigot?“

Chances are if you’re reading this article, you’re not the sort of person likely to be found at such an event, but the point is that bi-sexual marriage is the very last thing that any of our opponents want to discuss, and we pro-family conservatives should really be forcing them to do it at every opportunity.

Think about it. A bi-sexual marriage would require an absolute minimum of four people. You’d have same sex partners A and B just like in the “gay marriage,” but you’d also need to have a heterosexual partner for both A and B.

You couldn’t get by with the same heterosexual partner for both A and B since that would mean Partner C wasn’t really a bi-sexual, but a polygamous heterosexual. (And we all know from “gay” activist rhetoric that polygamy can’t be a true sexual orientation. There’s never been a P in LGBT!)

So, for example. Male Bisexual Partner A would be partners with both Male Bisexual Partner B and Female Bisexual Partner C, While Male Bi-Sexual Partner B would be partners with Male Bi-sexual Partner A and Female Bi-Sexual Partner D.

I know it’s confusing but bear with me because this is important stuff. We’re talking essential human and civil rights for one of the four key groups in the LGBT community! In fact, one could argue that bisexuals are the most important sexual minority because they are the most neglected, even more than T’s (transvestites and transsexuals). No-one ever seems to talk about the rights of the Bs, not even their fellow Ls, Gs, and Ts.

[...]

Is “bi-sexual marriage” really relevant? Of course it is! Bisexuals are a core constituency of the LGBT movement. The other side CAN’T disavow them! They are the 800-lb gorilla in the room. Or, if you will, the “turd” in the punchbowl.

I debated whether to use that phrase, it being so crude, but in the end that’s the main reason I finally adopted it. “’Turd in the punchbowl” is a long-standing working-class metaphor for something dirty that completely ruins something clean. Once the crowd realizes there is a turd in the punchbowl, nobody is going to drink the punch. Ever. No matter what you do to it.

Marriage as God designed it is a clean and holy institution that sanctifies the sexual union of a man and a woman united as “one flesh.” It produces blessing for them and for society.

Marriages based on various forms of sodomy are unclean counterfeits that destroy true marriage by invalidating its central purpose, which is to enclose the procreative natural family in a socially unique protective cocoon. Once marriage stops being unique to the “one flesh” male/female procreative union, the concept of marriage loses all meaning.

Portman has conveniently ignored the warnings against the sin of homosexuality in both the Old and New Testaments – and is accepting a behavior that may eventually kill his son from AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases, or oral cancer.

Homosexual sex is ultimately just as destructive as cocaine use. Would Portman suddenly call for the legalization of cocaine if his son had announced that he was a cocaine addict? Would that be “loving” and “compassionate”?

Will Portman support “group” marriage – which is the next phase of the gay agenda?

What if his son had announced that he’s really a girl trapped inside a boy’s body – and wanted a “sex change” operation? Would Portman support his son’s mutilation of his male body to become a fake female? How would that be loving?

Or, what if his son had been involved in insider trading and ripped off thousands of investors? Would he support his son’s behavior and call for the legalization of insider trading?

What sort of core values motivate a U.S. Senator to change his mind about a sexually destructive behavior simply because his son is involved in it? What will happen to Rob Portman’s belief system when he discovers that his son is infected with HIV or throat cancer?

A person with a same-sex attraction has a treatable condition. No one is “born gay” and there is hope for those who want to overcome these destructive behaviors.

[Why did the Catholic Church treat Galileo like an idiot?]

They didn't. Go read your history books. The story about Galileo being condemned by the RC church is a 19th century myth. In fact it was the academic scientists who mocked Galileo because they believed in an Aristotelian earth-centred universe and couldn't accept Copernicus' sun-centred idea which had been around years before Galileo. Galileo's mistake was to mock the Pope by quoting him under the name "Simplicianus" as the bad guy in a book Galileo wrote about something other than astronomy.

The former pastor of an Indiana megachurch who is awaiting sentencing in a sex crimes case told a 17-year-old girl that Jesus wanted her to have sexual relations with him.

Federal prosecutors on Wednesday released letters in which former First Baptist Church pastor Jack Schaap explained that the underage girl should have sex with him because it was part of God’s plan.

“In our ‘fantasy talk,’ you have affectionately spoken of being ‘my wife,’” Schaap wrote to the girl. “That is exactly what Christ desires for us. He wants to marry us + become eternal lovers!”

Last year, Schaap pleaded guilty to having the girl transported across state lines into Michigan so he could have sex with her. Prosecutors said that the former pastor had tricked church members into bringing the girl to his cabin in Cadillac, Michigan because she was “in an extremely vulnerable state” and needed to spend extended time alone with him.

He also allegedly had sex with the girl at his property in Crete, Illinois and at his office at the megachurch.

Letters provided by prosecutors showed that Schaap told his victim that he wanted to put her on a “better path of living — that’s what we call Righteousness.”

“He told me to confide in him, to trust him, and he made me feel safe and comfortable around him as a man of God,” the girl wrote in documents provided by the government. “[Schaap] preyed on that trust and my vulnerability.”

Assistant U.S. Attorney Jill Koster defended the government’s request that Schaap only receive a 10-year sentence by pointing out that he had agreed to plead guilty before the charges had even been filed.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., offered up a serving of red meat to the audience at CPAC, reiterating his support for “traditional marriage,” calling liberals “freeloaders,” and stating his opposition to tax increases and abortion. “Science has proven that life begins at conception,” he told the cheering crowd.

“Just because I want to define marriage in a traditional way does not make me a bigot,” Rubio said, adding: “Just because I believe that life, all life, at all stages of development, deserves to be protected,” does not make him closed-minded.

“The people who are closed-minded in our society are the ones who love to preach about climate science” but ignore that “science has proven that life begins at conception.”

Though he did not mention immigration reform, Rubio did throw in a plug against Obamacare (“we need a healthcare reform that empowers Americans”) and tax increases (“there is no tax increase in the world that will solve our long-term debt problem”), before telling an anecdote about a family that just wants a better life for their children: “They’re not freeloaders. They’re not liberals,” he added.

Before he ended, Rubio got in a (third) reference to the famous “water drinking moment” from his rebuttal to the State of the Union. “I’ll tell you what the criticism from the left [of the speech] is going to be. Number one: ‘That he drank too much water.’ Number two: ‘That he didn’t offer up new ideas.’ We don’t need new ideas. The idea is called America, and it still works.”

Holy Mother Church rejoices!

Funny, isn't it: The Church has remained strong and steadfast for 2,000 years in Jesus' word: defending life at all stages--no abortion, no euthanasia, no stem cell cloning, defending traditional marriage, and strengthening the family.

And yet some poor souls see the Papacy as some sort of springboard for a new utopia for "democracy" or "women priests" or "gay rights," or "social justice," or,...just fill in the blank for the cause-du-jour. This is silly. It's stuff and nonsense. Typical human grasping for power, arrogance, and greed.

The Church, formed by Jesus himself, (hello, there--Jesus was a MAN, not a woman; there goes the idea of women priests right out the window, sorry) will always be here. Jesus told us so (and HE never lies; HE can never deceive nor be deceived.) And the gates of hell and death shall never prevail over it. A lowly and sinful fisherman, Peter, was appointed by our Lord as the first leader of the Apostles. Pope Francis continues this unbroken line.

Get this straight folks: The Church has NEVER changed; only society and its mores and customs have (all for the worse.) Secularism and the tyranny of relativism has infected the human soul. Look around you for the results; need I say more?

The Magisterium, the Holy Bible and Tradition are the pillars of the Church.

We see the Holy Spirit at work here strengthening us in our pilgrimage on earth as we grow in God's love under the leadership of our beloved shepherd, Francis.

VIVA FRANCIS!

Score another point for unhappy atheists.

This time it happened in Santa Monica, California.

For 60 years the City of Santa Monica allowed local religious groups to put up holiday displays in Santa Monica's Palisades park. There were a total of 21 spaces made available for these, which traditionally featured Nativity scenes or Hunakkah decorations.

That was until 2009, when Damon Vix, an atheist, won a bid to get one of the spots, where he put up a sign with an anti-religious quote by Thomas Jefferson.

Vix encouraged other atheist groups to do the same until atheists won 18 of the 21 available spots.

Huffington Post described it like this:

LOS ANGELES — There's no room for the baby Jesus, the manger or the wise men this Christmas in a Santa Monica park following a judge's ruling Monday against churches that tried to keep a 60-year Nativity tradition alive after atheists stole the show with anti-God messages

Unfortunately, local people didn't take too kindly to having their religious traditions assaulted and responded by vandalizing or destroying the atheist signs.

The City of Santa Monica took the easy way out of this and banned all displays from the park that are unattended. Local Christian groups filed a discrimination suit against the City, but a judge ruled that the reason for banning all displays was aesthetic and not anti-religious.

The fact is, atheists have proven once more that they are a loud minority with very thin skins. It is a sad thing to see local municipalities continue to knuckle under to this kind of tyranny.

Perhaps atheist organizations should change their logo from the symbol of the atom to a picture of a baby having a tantrum. Or perhaps the swastika, the ultimate symbol of intolerance.

The whole article can be found here, including pictures of the ugly signs the atheist groups polluted the park with:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/11/19/santa-monica-nativity-display_n_2160326.html#slide=more232537

Thanks, atheists, for once more refusing to show the tolerance you demand from everyone else.

With anti-Christian bigotry running rampant in America, our freedoms are under unprecedented assault. God has been ejected from our schools. Manger scenes are removed from the public square. The Ten Commandments are ordered off courthouse walls. Christian military chaplains cannot pray in Jesus’ name. Liberal judges and activists falsely claim that the Constitution prohibits mention of Jesus on the public square.

Christian organizations like Operation Christmas Child are thrown out of the Air Force Academy for “intolerance,” yet public funds are used to erect a Wicca Shrine at the Academy.

Franklin Graham is shunned at the Pentagon, while Muslim Brotherhood operatives are invited to the White House.

What gives?

Like sheep led to the slaughter, Americans have passively accepted false claims that Christianity cannot exist in public under the Constitution. Meanwhile, other religions, particularly Islam, are publicly embraced by our government.

The time is now to train students to fight legal falsity with legal truth!

Using Don Brown’s national bestseller TREASON as a teaching resource, the HOMESCHOOL/CHRISTIAN SCHOOL GUIDE TO TREASON fills a gaping void in Christian and Homeschool Curricula. After a cursory look at this man, it sounds like he is conservative to the doctrine so I doubt he will come out in support of gay marriage - . This will be a nice contrast to the narcissist we contend with.

What makes my alarm bells go off, though, is his staunch advocacy for social justice, particularly the poor in this world. Usually, such a position is code for "redistribute the wealth," and promote socialism. Loathsome as it is, it would make Pope Francis I a perfect pope to help usher in a one world government/currency, etc. Praying and waiting to see.
