Freedom for Non-Christian Religions
in a Christian Nation

We have seen that

Religion is the foundation of government. The Founding Fathers believed there can be no secular government. Deism, infidelity, and atheism are threats to good government.
There is a true religion, others are "false religions."
America is a Christian Nation.

But some have attacked the "Christian America" thesis by arguing that the Founding Fathers clearly spoke of the need to give "religious freedom" to all, regardless of their beliefs. There is truth to this statement, even thought the majority of times the phrase "religious freedom" was used it referred to freedom for all denominations of Christians. But no one who signed the Constitution believed that pure religious freedom was a possibility. We will see more of this in another paper. On this page we wish to re-assure those of non-Christian religions that living in a Christian Theocracy is better than living in an Islamic theocracy, a Jewish theocracy, or a Secular Humanist theocracy. Living in a Christian nation means enjoying greater freedom and economic prosperity than any other nation on earth. But if your religion requires you to engage in the sacrifice of your virgin daughter to the sun-god, or if your religion requires you to marry as many wives as you can before you die, you will not be allowed to practice these aspects of your religion

Even though they believed in a nation "under God," that is, the Christian God, the Founding Fathers were not vicious Christian bigots who persecuted non-Christian religionists. They gave all religions rights within Christian social norms. But it was clear that one religion was preferred.

One could go on, but you get the point, even if the media does not. Clearly, there is a problem with Democrats and guns.

No NRA member, Tea Party member, or Republican conservatives are involved.

SOLUTION: It should be illegal for Democrats to own guns.

Left-Wing Lunatics and Guns

Surprise, surprise. Karl Pierson, the 18-year-old mental case who shot two fellow students before killing himself at Arapahoe High School in Denver last Friday, turns out to be a leftist.

From the Denver Post:

"He had very strong beliefs about gun laws and stuff," said junior Abbey Skoda, who was in a class with Pierson during her freshman year.

Regarding gun laws, Pierson evidently felt we need more of them. If we had fewer, people would be in a better position to defend themselves against maniacs like him:

Thomas Conrad, who had an economics class with Pierson, described him as very opinionated.

Originally, that sentence read, “…described him as a very opinionated Socialist.” But the Post went back and scrubbed it:

In one Facebook post, Pierson attacks the philosophies of economist Adam Smith, who through his invisible-hand theory pushed the notion that the free market was self-regulating. In another post, he describes himself as "Keynesian."

That is, he opposed free market economics, and advocated the sort of ham-fisted statist intervention that has characterized the Obama Administration.

Pierson also appears to mock Republicans on another Facebook post, writing "you republicans are so cute" and posting an image that reads: "The Republican Party: Health Care: Let 'em Die, Climate Change: Let 'em Die, Gun Violence: Let 'em Die, Women's Rights: Let 'em Die, More War: Let 'em Die. Is this really the side you want to be on?"

Carl Schmidt and Brendon Mendelson, both seniors at Arapahoe High, knew Pierson. They said he had political views that were "outside the mainstream," but they did not elaborate.

No need for elaboration; it is already clear that Pierson went off the rails on the left side of the tracks.

This does not fit with the narrative the liberal media would prefer to advance. Pierson even used a shotgun, the weapon famously endorsed by Joe Biden during the anti–AR-15 campaign launched after Sandy Hook. At least the media did not change Pierson’s shotgun to an AR-15 — as the New York Daily News did with Washington Navy Yard killer Aaron Alexis.

From the liberal establishment point of view, it would be nice to think of maniacs who go on shooting rampages as right-wingers. Inconveniently, they rarely are. Despite absurd attempts to blame Jared Loughner’s shooting spree on a graphic from a Sarah Palin fundraising effort that he almost certainly never saw, the Tucson shooter’s politics were decidedly left-wing.

The Virginia Tech shooter Seung-Hui Cho wrote hate mail to George W. Bush and Dick Cheney.

Floyd Corkins Jr tried to shoot up the offices of the Family Research Council because the ultra-left Southern Poverty Law Center had denounced it as a “hate group” for failing to endorse homosexuality.

James Jay Lee was fortunately shot by police before he could start killing the hostages he took at the Discovery Channel’s offices; he was motivated by doubts that the network was sufficiently committed to saving the planet.

Many maniacal killers are too crazy even to be liberals; their views are completely incomprehensible. But when their politics are a matter of record, they almost invariably turn out to be lefties. Unbalanced minds are naturally drawn to an unwholesome and irrational ideology, which in turns serves to unhinge them further.

If an NRA member ever shoots up a school on behalf of individual liberty, you will know it; the media certainly will not keep it a secret.

He called on Christians to advocate for the recriminalization homosexuality.

“God’s laws require that we prosecute homosexuals who are caught in the act of homosexuality or the act of sodomy on the basis of two or three witnesses. If Christians would do that, if Christian pastors would do that then we would be able to hopefully press back the line upon those who are impressing their rights upon Christians who really need that religious freedom.”

from a post titled "Proof of creation no atheist can debunk (100% bulletproof)"

The Intelligent design of our universe is geometrical and congruent forming beautiful shapes and images with the number 9 as a proof of concept stamp on it given by God. From atoms to galaxies and even our DNA is surrounded by geometrical shapes and patterns with the number 9 hidden inside as proof of creation.

Numbers form shapes and do very weird things according to magnetism. When you add numbers a certain way, different patterns arise which create geometrical shapes. It seems that the construction of our universe, galaxy, and solar system revolves around the number 9 somehow and this number comes up everywhere just as a woman is pregnant for 9 months displaying the 9 code.

The number 9 seems to govern not only properties of physical reality but also time:

Using the digital root method:

1,440 minutes in a day = adds up to 9
86,400 seconds in a day = adds up to 9
10,080 minutes in a week = adds up to 9
525,600 minutes in a year = adds up to 9

Minutes and seconds in a day, week, month, year will always reduce to 9. Totally unaffected by the varying number of days in months and years i.E "leap years".

The number 9 seems to govern time and space, it also seems to be existent and non existent at the same time.

Quote# 98435

There are twelve events in the Biblical account of creation that science has confirmed are correct and in the correct order. So I ask myself, what are the chances of just guessing the correct order.

Here are the events
1. Light separated from darkness
2. Creation of the earth covered in water
3. The separation of the dry land from the seas
4 – 6. The creation of plants in a particular order – grasses, plants with seeds and fruit bearing trees
7. The placing of the heavenly bodies in relationship to the earth. This is often explained as the clearing of the atmosphere (from one composed mostly of water vapor and carbon dioxide to one with more oxygen due to plant photsynthesis) enough to see these creations.
8-11 The creation of animal life in a particular order – fish, birds, modern land animals, live stock
12. The creation of man

Think of the problem like this. Take a deck of cards. Keep just one suit -let’s say hearts. Toss out the ace. Hand the remaining twelve cards to a one year old child. Ask him/her to hand you the cards one at a time. In order. What are the chances said toddler will start with the two and give them all to you in order right up to the king? It’s a basic probability question (no, come back! forget I said anything about math.) I’ll just tell you the answer. It’s one chance in 479,001,600. (If you want the formula it’s below) In other words Moses had less than one chance in 479 million of just correctly guessing.

Now compare this to other creation stories or myths. Many of these have remnants of the true creation story in place. Most leave out the hard and fast details found in Genesis. Many don’t even come close to actual events or the order of actual events.

What’s the simplest explanation? Moses actually just did guess it correctly? The ancients knew a lot more about science and the origins of the earth than their records show? Or Moses got it straight from the creator of the universe during one of his “face to face” talks with God (Exodus 33:11) or from information handed down to him from ancient prophets?

To me the simplest explanation is Moses got it straight from the creator.

John 8:44
King James Version (KJV)

All four [TX] Republican lieutenant governor hopefuls have embraced the teaching of creationism in public schools.

Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, Sen. Dan Patrick, Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson and Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples said in the first televised debate of the campaign Thursday night that they favor teaching that there are flaws in the theory that humans evolved from lower life forms.

Late last month, state Board of Education members adopted new high school science books that include full coverage of evolution without the disclaimers sought by social conservatives and other critics of Charles Darwin’s theory.

While none of the lieutenant governor candidates mentioned the board’s decision, three — Patrick, Patterson and Staples — blasted teaching only evolution as a form of “political correctness.” They linked it to what they described as a broader moral decline.

“The breakup of the family in this country has started when we took God out of the classroom,” said Patrick, a radio talk show host.

“As a Christian, certainly creationism should be taught,” said Staples, a former state legislator.

Dewhurst, who is seeking a fourth term, agreed.

“It’s a fair discussion to expose students to both sides and let them make the decision with the advice and counsel of their parents,” he said.

Patterson said the country has gone too far in deleting religious instruction from government institutions such as schools. A 1987 U.S. Supreme Court ruling banned teaching of creationism in science classes.

“We need to go back to those things that made this country great,” he said.

He was charged with four felonies - two counts of rape and two counts of having sex with a minor, court records show.

The victim [Tina Anderson] said Phelps told her she would be put up for 'church discipline,' where parishioners go before the congregation to apologize for their sins.

She asked why. 'Pastor Phelps then said that (Willis) may have been 99 percent responsible, but I needed to confess my 1 percent guilt in the situation,' the victim told the police.

'He told me that I should be happy that I didn't live in Old Testament times because I would have been stoned.'

Do liberals claim Loskarn was "born this way"? What if he says he just didn't choose to be a homosexual pedophile, so the only way to explain his perverted mind is because he was biologically determined to be a pervert? What if he claims he has always felt this way - so he must have been born this way? What if he claims to have a homosexual pedophile gene or that it's epigenetics that just makes him sexually oriented to males, including the young ones? What if he claims that decent people are all bigots and haters who should just mind their own business and let him abuse boys; would he be right?

Or could it be that people's sexual psychology can be completely deformed and perverted after they are born? Everyone is born to be a healthy heterosexual. It's what happens after birth that deforms a person's sexual psychology. How long will it take for our retarded liberal society to face this simple truth?

Quote# 98407

On his show yesterday, Thom Hartmann debated Eric Hovind, the president of Creation Today, about public funding for religious education in 11 states.

[...]

“Why would anybody want to do this to their children?” Hartmann asked Hovind. “Because it seems like — it borders on child abuse, to be teaching children science in the context of religion … or for that matter [teaching] religion as a statement of fact, when there are other religions that believe very different things? Or to be teaching kids that Jesus was a political conservative in the modern mold and that liberals are somehow evil people.”

“Obviously,” Hovind replied, “you and I come from opposing views then. Why should we let Christians teach their kids what they believe about Creation and do that in science? We find creation scientists all over the United States. It hasn’t kneecapped or handicapped them whatsoever.”

“Well, I’m sure they can find a few billionaire, right-wing Christians who can fund them,” Hartmann replied. “Particularly those who own big oil companies, who want them to promote a ‘science’ that suggests that global warming isn’t going to screw up the world … but my primary objection is that in 11 states, our tax dollars are paying for this stuff.”

“I’ll tell you what’s even worse,” Hovind shot back. “In all fifty states, tax dollars are going to tell the kids that they’re cousins of bananas, and that they all evolved from rocks. That’s being forced, down the kids’ throats, in all 50 states.”

“So you think that the minerals in your body did not start out as rocks?” Hartmann interjected.

“I’m saying that we did not evolve from a random process over billions of years, coming from the Earth, which was originally made out of rock, according to the evolution worldview,” Hovind replied.

“How do you know that?” Hartmann asked.

“Because we actually have revelation from God that tells us how it really did happen.”

“I have no problem with you believing that,” Hartmann retorted. “Or with you promoting that in a church, or in a religion class, but if that’s the way you’re going to teach science, and you’re going to do it with my tax dollars, I have a big problem with that.”

“Well,” Hovind said, “I have a big problem with your tax dollars, and my tax dollars, going to tell kids we all evolved from a rock, that the Big Bang created everything from nothing — that’s what they’re teaching.”

“No,” Hartmann said, “it was a singularity, it wasn’t nothing.”

[...]

“Why are you refusing to see the other side?” Hovind asked. “Why don’t you say, ‘I see, I’m forcing you, Eric, to have my view to be taught?’”

“Because it’s science.”

“That’s not ‘science,’” Hovind replied. “That’s just a ‘historical idea,’ not ‘science.’”

[...]

“The thing is,” Hartmann countered, “the things you’re throwing out here are neither accurate nor scientific.”

“It’s very scientific,” Hovind replied. “How is it that there are 20, or 26, doctorate degree, professor-level teachers just at Liberty University alone?”

“Because Liberty University lets you in without even having a G.E.D.,” Hartmann responded.

Over the last 30 yrs, I have learnt/observed the following: at the current space and time women are far less intelligent than men, they may absorb more information and be able to regurgitated this, but their weakness in area's of logic and vulnerability to emotional decision making create a situation where men will always be the stronger sex, this is designed to balance out the male/female relationship; especially in regards to parenting and matters requiring softness. This is not to say that women cannot strengthen their logic centres and reduce emotional dependency however rather that they have an ingrained need to submit to these feelings which has been developed over hundreds of years. The distortion of confidence and esteem in males and the rot within a males character has turned this possible positive for women into a glaring negative in the 21st century, creating opportunity for exploitation and manipulation. There are of course exceptions, however this would be proven to show strong logic centres; affected by upbringing and cultural exposure. Moral of the story? One truth shines out from the Bible: Jesus spoke to the individual, never to government or government policy. Jesus was a capitalist, preaching personal responsibility, not a socialist. [Emphasis added]

Pope Francis condemned capitalism. Some argue that Francis’ Spanish-language Apostolic Exhortation was mistranslated. But Francis is not among those disputing that translation. Moreover, corrected translations are no better.

Francis argues for dependence upon government to redistribute wealth. And con artists in the U.S. are seizing on the opportunity to spread the misery of socialism. Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin this week called Pope Francis on his mangling of economics. Then author Reza Aslan struck back in the Washington Post, claiming that Jesus was a socialist.

[....]

Worst of all, this controversy encourages misery, poverty and the destruction of human lives. Jesus Christ is weeping in heaven hearing Christians espouse a socialist philosophy that has created suffering and poverty around the world. It is impossible to love one’s neighbor as yourself without fighting against socialism, meaning government meddling in private lives.
