The 'Creationist Concept of Evolution' Award

Quote# 79995

If humans evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys and why aren't they transforming into humans?

The very fact that Neandertals, Homo-Erectuces are not mentioned in The Bible proves they are made up. I mean you would think God would have mentioned them 6,000 years ago when He wrote The Bible. duh.

Evolutionists were not there "millions" of years ago. They recast reality to explain anything they have no ready explanation for and glom onto any theory they find that makes them feel comfortable about the world and their place in it.

They just make this stuff up as they go along. Whereas Christians such as I always have the rock of ages, Jesus, to rely upon as a constant, consistent, force in my life.

The sign that CBS Outdoor refused to put on one of its Flint billboards quotes [Planned Parenthood founder] Margaret Sanger saying, "We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population."

The group behind the sign, Flint Area Right to Life, says banning the billboard is keeping the truth about Sanger from getting out.

[Note: The full quote goes "[We propose to] hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. And we do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members."]

It is well known that feminists attack the church because the Bible teaches that a woman must obey her husband and that homosexuality is a sin. She is clever enough to attack faith indirectly, and that is all it is, a feminist attach on the church. Evolution is only the tool to achieve her social goals: abortion, high divorce rates, and lesbian marriage.

Quote# 79962

There's a slow poison out there that's severely damaging our children and threatening to tear apart our culture. The ironic part is, it's a "health food," one of our most popular.

Now, I'm a health-food guy, a fanatic who seldom allows anything into his kitchen unless it's organic. I state my bias here just so you'll know I'm not anti-health food.

The dangerous food I'm speaking of is soy. Soybean products are feminizing, and they're all over the place. You can hardly escape them anymore.

Soy is feminizing, and commonly leads to a decrease in the size of the penis, sexual confusion and homosexuality. That's why most of the medical (not socio-spiritual) blame for today's rise in homosexuality must fall upon the rise in soy formula and other soy products. (Most babies are bottle-fed during some part of their infancy, and one-fourth of them are getting soy milk!) Homosexuals often argue that their homosexuality is inborn because "I can't remember a time when I wasn't homosexual." No, homosexuality is always deviant. But now many of them can truthfully say that they can't remember a time when excess estrogen wasn't influencing them.

Nowhere in Scripture is same sex behavior spoken of as anything other than —sinning before the Lord; fornication; abomination; associated with prostitution; and with idol worship; it is unnatural; against God ; and I could continue but nowhere in Scripture is same sex marriage or the fraud of Civil Unions spoken of as a thing acceptable to God. In modern Science there is no Science that refutes or disproves Scripture. Sexual Orientation remains a chosen behavior-one that can and does change. There is No scientific basis for being turned from the Truth to accept the Lie. SO I can only conclude the roots of this present darkness may run deep but this nation was established a Christian nation and the roots of our founding religion and morality run as deep if not deeper. I can name Christians who are named among the Founders-or the First Congress— The modern myth that there were homosexuals among them is to be blunt a LIE-a beguiling LIE -nothing more. But for this cause they have suffered a great deception and have been turned from the truth to believe the LIE.

Shaytaan is using the death of your sister to make you doubt the Laws of your Creator. It is most likely a test from Allah, 'Azza wa Jal.. life is all about tests.

Also, if your sister did not practice homosexuality and only had these un-controlable desires then she would not be executed according to Shari'ah (as far as I know). The penalty is for doing the act and/or being public about it.

The logic—that [pedophilia] is an orientation—is correct. It is learned. People are not born with a desire to rape children....usually they are sodomized as children.

It is why the sodomized boys in the homosexual society of Afghanistan dream of one day owning a stable of boys who they can sodomize. Homosexuality is unnatural, just as pederasty. Both are caused because of environmental interference with their sexual identity formation.

The reason we have Sex Ed in schools is to break down the morality of children—remove morality from the sex act— and introduce them to ideas that they were never designed to have at 5 and 6— such as homosexual unions......which they would never have if not taught it.

It is the design of the Homosexual movement founded by Hays to have all restictions on sex removed so they have access to boys. He was molested as a boy and they like to recreate that “thrill” that was elicited when their bodies were manipulated. Their idea of utopia is Sodom and Gomorrah....Read the Bible and glimpse the absolute ugliness of that type of society. Do not allow homosexuality to be “normalized” in your school system and in the media you watch....it removes our country from its very foundations of Natural Law Theory and God’s Laws. We will be like Russia and the Nazis....where there is no God, the void is always filled with evil.

[emphasis added]

Sergeant Rebekah Havrilla alleges in the complaint that in 2006, after her military supervisor repeatedly sexually harassed her, she was raped by a colleague she was working with at the time.

"He pulled her into his bed, held her down, and raped her. He also photographed the rape," it reads. Havrilla reported the incident within a month.

In February 2009, she reported for active duty training and, upon seeing her rapist, went into shock.

"She immediately sought the assistance of the military chaplain," the lawsuit reads. "When SGT Havrilla met with the military chaplain, he told her that 'it must have been God's will for her to be raped' and recommended that she attend church more frequently."

[I draw your attention to the first amendment and his understanding of church and state]

Recently, President Barack Obama and others in his administration (including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton) have been using the term "freedom of worship." That's a significant departure from the constitutional phrase with which most Americans are familiar: "freedom of religion."

The truth is that changing the word "religion" to "worship" drastically changes what is protected. Read the words of the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." That "free exercise" wording protects those whose religion entails much more than worship.

The Left -- specifically the ACLU -- has been extremely successful in misleading the American public into believing that the "separation of church and state" is a constitutional principle. It is not. As a result, far too many people of faith, including pastors, have confined themselves and their worldview within the church walls while godless philosophies and agendas overwhelm the public square.

Christians are called to live our religion, not just observe services on Sundays. An attempt to bamboozle the American people again into believing that the First Amendment only protects the "freedom of worship" will lead to banishing religious expression outside of the church setting in all its forms.

The "Arson, Murder And Jaywalking" Award

Quote# 79897

In the last 15 years, I'd bet that not one single person has been kicked out for "Being Gay", except those that have gone straight to the command and demanded to be kicked out (for other reasons, or as an activist statement to get attention). We've had people with "Gay Pride" stickers on their cars and the Command looked the other way. In my last year in the Army, we had a soldier in our unit, that painted his fingernails, talked with a serious lisp, pranced around and openly talked about how much dick he sucked. Seriously. Everyone was too scared to say shit to the Command for fear of being punished. The Command knew he was openly gay and did nothing. This kid is a walking bag of HIV. This kid is not simply "Gay" (which no one would really care about), this kid is a Fag. He's every bit of someone you would not dare depend on to save your life. If I were still in, I'd seriously consider becoming a conscientious objector, and getting out. Let the "Gays" have the military. Let it collapse. The screaming, crying 2% of society have gotten their way. Don't think for one f*ing second it's going to stop here. Within one year, you'll hear the gays scream to get married in the military, draw housing pay for their gay "Partners", get tuition payments for their partners, medical treatment, yada-yada-ya. Within the next two years, you'll be hearing about trans-gender soldiers that need a sex change at Walter Reed and men wearing womens uniforms and women wearing mens.

[12-year-old is raped, later on, it's discovered she's pregnant because of it. Cue a bunch of dicks saying she shouldn't be allowed to have an abortion. Bolding added for emphasis.]

I think it's something that should have been taken care of at the hospital after the fact to ensure that she would not end up that way. Concieved by a rapist or not, the baby is not to blame. The best mother I know became one at 14. She is not far off. I don't mean to sound insensitive, but she knew it was going to be a real possibility that she would end up pregnant. She should have taken measures necessary at the hospital to avoid it.

Why are we even discussing Shariah Law here in the good old USA?

We don't believe in humping goats, praying to false Moon Gods, strapping bombs on our children to kill Jews, wearing diapers on our heads, covering our wives in sheets, crashing airliners into office buildings or stoning to death our 10 year old daughter because she was raped. So why on earth would we want Shariah Law here?

This isn't making any sense whatsoever... or am I just being intolerant of Obama's transformation of America?

Have you heard the news? Scientists have created genetically modified mosquitos in an attempt to help control the mosquito population. Because mosquitos carry such a variety of diseases, scientists are discovering ways of reducing the population and ways of switching off the gene that allows malaria to survive inside the mosquito. It is a neat trick, but here is what we think of it:

If it takes a lot of REALLY intelligent scientists YEARS of study and millions of dollars worth of equipment to be able to MODIFY the gene code of the lowly mosquito, why can’t these same people see that the One who WROTE the original code and CREATED the incredibly complex insect was REALLY SMART? How can anyone with one eye and half a brain believe the mosquito (or any living organism) evolved by chance over billions of years? II Peter 3 hits it right on the head. The scoffers are WILLINGLY IGNORANT. Like a friend of mine said one time, “They had to have help to be that stupid. They could never have done it on their own!”

This is so true. Today people are actually being educated to believe lies over the truth. This is being done intentionally.

Teaching people that space is vacuum in contradiction to Genesis is one lie that perpetuates others like the constant speed of light. This further perpetuates the lie of billions of years old universe. It’s one lie built upon another lie.

It is scientifically proven that light has a limited distance in which it can travel. Then how can it be constant. We’re back to “oxymoron”.

She won over the Academy, but Natalie Portman doesn't have a fan in presidential prospect Mike Huckabee.

The former Arkansas governor and Fox News Channel host attacked the best actress winner, 29, who's currently expecting her first child with fiance Benjamin Millepied.

"People see a Natalie Portman who boasts, 'We're not married but we're having these children and they're doing just fine," Huckabee told radio host Michael Medved on his show Monday. "I think it gives a distorted image. It's unfortunate that we glorify and glamorize the idea of out-of- wedlock children."

Calling Portman's pregnancy "troubling," Huckabee went on to say that many single parents don't have the resources to hire help, the way someone like the Black Swan star would.

"Most single moms are very poor, uneducated, can't get a job, and if it weren't for government assistance, their kids would be starving to death and never have health care," he said. "And that's the story that we're not seeing."

In her acceptance speech Sunday night, Portman thanked Millepied, saying he gave her "the most important role" in her life.

Medved quipped back that Millepied "didn't give her the most wonderful gift, which would be a wedding ring!"

"Excellent point. I have often thought that myself. Many atheists--not all-- are very hostile and mean spirited in their replies and debates. Such hostile behavior is not as common among Christians. Is it something in their subconsciousness eating away at them that makes them behave that way. My experience with people that call themselves Athiest has been negative for the most part due to the frequent hard, hostile and hair trigger stance that they put on. They are a lot more easily offended then the religious. I have even had friends that were 'atheist'. I still had to be careful not to offend them.

Gay marriage is the key weapon of the Culture of Death. First it was contraception, then abortion, euthanasia, assisted suicide, in vitro fertilization, and fetal stem cell research. Then gay marriage. All these ethical issues break two relationships: that between a child and his parents and that between a child and his Lord.

The Culture of Death hates God, hates parents, hates law and hates facts. Demonic. Evil. Vicious.

A fetus has been scheduled as a legislative witness in Ohio on a unique bill that proposes outlawing abortions after the first heartbeat can be medically detected.

Faith2Action, the anti-abortion group that has targeted Ohio to pilot the measure, called the in-utero witness the youngest to ever come before the House Health Committee at 9 weeks old.

Faith2Action president Janet Folger Porter said the intent is to show lawmakers who will be affected by the bill, which abortion rights groups oppose. Ohio Right to Life has not endorsed the measure.

An aide to committee Chairman Lynn Wachtmann said a pregnant woman will be brought before the committee and an ultrasound image of her uterus will be projected onto a screen. The heartbeat of the fetus will be visible in color.

I suppose the fudgepackers will refuse to go to Afghanistan because they will claim to be in greater danger because of their sexual orientation. Government doesn't endow people with the ability to procreate the species. The Creator takes care of that. Like all unalienable rights, those associated with the natural family exist in consequence of this endowment. A couple that cannot, by nature, procreate has no claim to those rights. Nor can government grant them a semblance of it without impairing the claims of one or both of the parents biologically implicated in the physical conception of the child. The DOMA simply makes more explicit the government's obligation to secure the Creator-endowed unalienable rights of the natural family. This obligation precludes government from fabricating other rights that impair them. In this respect, granting homosexuals the right to marry is like granting plantation owners the right to own slaves.
