Although labor unions go against every single employer-employee relation example in the Bible, it never ceases to amaze me how Christians still try to justify their membership and support.

One lady I work with asked me why I'm opposed to them, and I told her the economic reasons (they devastate an economy and provide the opposite results for their members than they claim), but I laid out for her page after page of Scripture showing why they are wrong.

Her reply was, "I'll have to ask my priest about that".

She returned a couple of days later and her response was, "My priest says the same thing you do. But, that just can't be right!" (Her economics major son also says the same thing, but she rejects that as well.)

The Bible calls willful sin "lawlessness" and there is a higher level of accountability for this. A faithful Christian simply cannot join or support a labor union in any way.

You're known by the company you keep, and they are extortionists.

I just wish it was that simple. These kids aren't doing anything wrong besides being homosexual...they aren't inappropriate or crass, and know not to show unusual affection toward the members of their own gender. The problem is just that they're happy, as bad as that sounds, and by everyone in our group seeing that their sin hasn't caused them any pain or guilt...I dunno. We try to illustrate to them and everyone else how God sees them (almost every week now), but it doesn't stop them from being as popular as they are. They're exuberant and extremely content in their lifestyle, and I'm really worried that it's going to rub off on the other children.

I strongly believe that Satan has found a great ally in homosexual children. I'm completely lost as to what to do.

There is a great law, God’s. Also, all of human civilization is based on one man and one woman pairing up and raising the next generation. Gay parents model a lifestyle that is dangerous and degrading for children. They pass on their sinful lifestyles and put the next generation at risk. Marriage is the best place to raise children, sociology even agrees that it is the optimal choice.

Homosexuals do not know what love is, agape, self-sacrificial love. They only know eros, selfish, where the word erotic comes from. They cannot love sacrificially because they do not have the ability. That type of love only comes from God and He only gives it to those who obey Him.

I obey God because I love Him and respect Him. There is no fear. I once feared when I was lost in my sins but now I have been set free. Perfect love casts out fear. You can have this love too. It is available for all, even to homosexuals. They must repent and turn away from their sinful lifestyles.

Shame on me for telling the truth about homosexuality and its dangers? I do not understand your logic. Your rights end where mine begin. I have the right to protect myself from homosexuality and also my kids from its dangers.

If homosexuals were not so aggressive in their promotion of homosexual propaganda then they would not be criticized so much.

Wade, and Dr. Bernard Nathanson, a former abortion doctor, both of whom were reached through the evangelistic witness of pro-life activists. God can pour out his grace on those practicing human sacrifice, but they must repent. Pray that God will touch that deep spiritual impulse in abortionists to seek reconciliation with their loving Father.

4. Become politically and socially involved. Don’t be fooled by the modern prevailing notion that God is not involved in politics. Isaiah described the role of Jesus Christ in governing the affairs of men: “And the government shall be upon His shoulders” (Isaiah 9:6). This government includes individual, family and church self-government, but this verse also applies to civil government. Civil government is not “secular” or evil, but should be occupied by Christians who rule by the moral law of God.

5. Give generously to ministries that are committed to reforming our society. There are many organizations that are committed to fighting the war against abortion. But reformation must happen at the grass roots level among committed individuals.

My sister, although she professes to be an atheist, has been interested in eastern religious things for a long time. Not actually following the "religion" or anything but like she has a lot of buddhist decorations in her house.

But then last night we all met at golden corral for dinner and...she has a new tattoo. She has several and everyone in the family hates them but this is too much. On her forearm she has a buddhist "god"!!! It's an elephant with a bunch of arms. Right there where anyone can see it.

Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, died for her sins and mine and she just SPIT in His Face! I'm so discusted I want to vomit! I'm really feeling led to cut off all ties with her. She may be my sister and we are all sinners but she's happily breaking Commandments right and left. now she has put a graven image, an idol, on her arm.

Please help me decide what to do. I'm beside myself.
