Many people have done something about.

Nowadays, if you don't know your gender you can use the opposite sex, (sorry your gender that you think you are) restroom.

Schools can remove a girl from class to get a secretive abortion without notifying parents.

And congress wants the US to fund abortions, not just for the US, but for the whole world, on demand, up to delivery day, and demand all healthcare workers participate in the killing of these innocent children. This somehow reduces the demand for abortions. Not sure how. In my thinking, you would remove government funding, not fund the world's abortion, inform parents of their child's pregnancy, report it to rape task force, reduce, if available at all, (too sad!) to first trimester, don't mandate all healthcare providers must partake in the infantacide. Remove child indoctrination of free sex in the school system and get parents to parent!

But what do I know????

The vast majority of scientific studies have shown that abortion causes an increase in breast cancer, including 16 out of 17 statistically significant studies. Studies showing that abortion increases breast cancer predate the political controversy. It is undisputed that childbirth protects against breast cancer, and thus early termination of pregnancy must increase the risk of cancer for the mother compared to carrying that same pregnancy to birth. Yet the abortion industry conceals this increased risk, just as the tobacco industry concealed its cancer risk for decades.

[ Katie:please stop quoting the daily mail in your recent news section, the daily mail don't report news, they reported twisted lies and falsities. ]

Katie, I'm afraid we can't separate the religious worldview from the actions. Explain to us why we have islamic extremists causing terrorism all around the world and not Christian extremists? Are we seriously to believe that the different behaviours have nothing to do with the examples set by the founders of those reli...gions?

discounting the daily mail as a reputable source for news is fine by me as long as we can also discount the Guardian and the BBC. You have to wonder why those other media organisations don't report these important stories about the marginalisation of Christianity in Britain.

[The gay conservative group called GOProud is co-hosting the 2010 Conservative Political Action Conference.]

It boils down to this: there is nothing “conservative” about — as [Matt] Barber inimitably puts it — “one man violently cramming his penis into another man’s lower intestine and calling it ‘love.’” Or two women awkwardly mimicking natural procreative relations or raising a child together in an intentionally fatherless home. This does not mean that people practicing those and other immoral (and changeable) behaviors cannot think and act conservatively on other issues like lowering taxes, cutting government spending, ending abortion, etc. But let’s be honest: the “proud” in GOProud is not about pride in opposing the death tax, or defending the right to bear arms; it’s about proudly embracing sinful homosexual behavior – and that is hardly a conservative value.

I challenge every thinking conservative to explain why we should jettison our nation’s Judeo-Christian heritage (which clearly rejects homosexual acts as immoral) for some new, secularized brand of “conservatism” that fails to conserve natural, normal, and noble sex within God-ordained marriage. Where does the expansion of “conservatism” stop? Would CPAC welcome “Republicans for Abortion” as a co-sponsor? How about “Conservatives For Higher Taxes”? We doubt it. So let’s stop the double-standard on one issue — homosexuality — that happens to be politically incorrect in this decadent age.

[On why women should be forced to wear headscarves.]

Yes, people should focus on stopping men from raping, and one way to do that is not to excite them.

What else do you suggest? Locking them up in prison AFTER they have already raped someone?

Why do YOU think America and Canada have so much rape? S. Africa?

It's not an aggressive act of showing dominance and control all the time. Sometimes men get horny and want to rape.

And yes, I'm blaming the victim if the victim dresses like a whore. Any idiot knows that dressing like that is asking for attention and yes it's a fucking fact.

I've walked down the street with liberal young, pretty American girls with not much clothing, and you know what? TONS of men drive by, honking horns, stopping, trying to talk to them, yelling obscene things at them.

Do you think the same shit happens when I walk down the street with my muslim friend and his sister who wears a head-scarf? NO.

BorACK is an emasculated child. I've been thinking about it for awhile. What are the black Spock's vices? I think he is a symbiot. That is to say, he has no roots so he adopts them whenever he needs them, then pirates the uniform like a chameleon. I also think he's probably gay. Still in the closet though. He married a manly wife. Sure she gave birth... I think, but I think the Drudge story that has yet to be is that she really is a man, or a partial man. I think she has one of those hidden testicles caught somewhere between her taint and her giner, trapped up in the folds somewhere between the stinky poo maker and the shaved runny abscess. If you dare photoshop her hair onto her brother's head, they are identical people. BorACKACKACK wouldn't miss a beat if he had anal sex with him in drag because it would also be her. I think they are two of the same people, probably one person really who Hananah Montanas around part time.

Many years ago, the Lord ordained me to enter into a prophetic battle to destroy the demonic works of Satan in San Diego as a preparatory phase for a major move of God that would begin in this city. For ten years I have stayed that course and never abandoned my assignment. Through dreams and visions, God has granted me deep understanding of His word and how to use His eternal scriptures as weapons of warfare for the fulfilling of His commission for my life. As a result of applying what the Holy Spirit has taught me, I have seen an enormous number of the devil's primary strongholds in San Diego shut down.

The Lord is now intensifying the dismantling of those dark places where God has instructed me over the past decade to intercede against the enemy. Over the next few days, you will see extraordinary manifestations of the hand of God in San Diego. These victories have come with a high price for me. I suffer daily in my physical body, but I have given my life over to God Almighty that my days shall remain under His mercy and His will upon this earth.

Several years ago, I prayed inside of a very evil enterprise that God would shut it down. On December 13, 2009, God's judgment fell upon that wicked place. It was the corporate headquarters for the Deja Vu/Showgirls Strip Club. It has now completely burned to the ground. Additionally, the Blow Out Video store that sold a vast assortment of pornographic videos has also burned down with the rest of the building. This is the 16th pornographic business that God has shut down as a result of my interceding with His people and the prophetic words that the Lord has given me.

evolution is a philosophy, not science and nowhere near proven fact. You need to look at both sides of the argument and see where the evidence points to and make your decision. Time is the enemy of evolution. If the universe was millions of years old, it would no longer exist because it is proven that the universe is slowing down, i.e. the sun is dying out, the speed of light is slowing down. One question: where are all of the fossils of the creatures in the evolutionary chain and why are we not seeing any obvious signs of evolution today? And before anyone goes and bashes the Bible, maybe you should try reading through it with an impartial attitude. I’m sorry, but most of it is not metaphorical.

[Buddhism v. Christianity]

Buddhism promises a cycle of birth, death and rebirth until all sins are paid. Like all religions EXCEPT Christianity, you have to earn your way to Heaven (or for the Buddhists, the void of Nirvana). And there is little objective, historical evidence that Buddhism is factually true.

Only Christianity offers UNEARNED forgiveness and redemption. It would make a wonderful fairy tale, if it didn't also happen to be factually true, historically supported, and proven again and again. And that "free" gift was bought at a frightful price. God Himself provided the sacrifice. Sincerely turning your life over to Jesus Christ, Yeshua, works every time it's tried. EVERY time.

[Comment in response to a blog post about the high degree of (actively politically conservative) religiosity in Mississippi.]

I live in Mississippi. Yes we do have alot of churches. I know some old beer joints that was turned into churches after they went out of business. Mississippi is the most religious state in the union and i am proud. I am proud to be in the tea party movement, proud to financially and prayerfully support Answers In Genesis and other wonderful organizations like the Gideons, etc. Come to out twon as an atheist, that's okay, but you start trouble, you will receive what you asked for. We have already run two atheists out of town for stirring up trouble. Be careful. You are welcome here, but leave socialist secularism behind.

By the way, to those not used to traveling through Mississippi, be not offended if you see Confederate flags flying high and proud. Many people have one including myself. I still plege my allegience to it more than the modern flag. At least we weren't marxist socialists when this flag was instated. If we ever pass the hell care bill, I'll plege my complete allegience to it.

[Watchmen film review]

This movie was disgusting. After the movie ended, my husband and I, by God's kind and gentle conviction, repented. We are now forgiven, by God's mercy. The sex content was repulsive and on “Archie,” blasphemous. There is nothing of, pre-marital and/or extra-marital sex, about which to praise God.

This movie also endorsed the evil lies about peace on earth without Jesus, Who is Peace. The Bible is very clear, without Jesus, there can be no peace. He is also Truth. The Anti-christ, is one who will attempt to bring peace on earth without Truth. We all know Who will win eternally and who will lose forever.

We both had to avert our eyes in numerous scenes. The violence and the graphic crime scene (of the little girl), was just deliberate shock. Thank God, I didn't see any of it.

This movie is not for any Christian to see. It is beyond the boundary of food sacrificed to idols. It is filth to eat and drink and filthy rags into which we dress ourselves.

Christians are being demonized constantly. Politicians who run for office are given the secular purity test, Christians are targeted for being Christians. Like Sarah Palin and Mike Huckabee were targeted for being Christians. You may like them, you may not, but the arguments against them, by the left was that they were Christians and UNFIT to serve as leaders of a secular nation. Secular nation. Those are important words, remember them. Christianity is fast becoming a mark of UNFITNESS. It's being applied to teachers, to politicans to department heads, to every strata and spectrum. Christian holidays are being minimized or even eliminated. If you haven't noticed, Christians who spread the word are as likely to be arrested in this country for doing so, as they are in Saudi Arabia.

This was what Hitler did to the Jews.

The old Christians were persecuted for their beliefs and we are moving to that direction faster than I would have ever imagined. Calling someone A Christian has become a word of insult among individuals. Neighbors are offended to discover that someone on their street is holding a Bible study in a private home and appeals to the law to close them down. Cities are enacting zoning laws to give them the power to do just that.

Political pressure is being applied to Churches to secularize them and start the removal of the foundations of Christian belief. The goal is, of course, to marginalize fundamental believers OUT of the Church.

Oh no. I'm not wrong. I'm right and it is something to prepare for.

And regarding sodomy, I’m fine with it being illegal. It was for hundreds of years and no one minded. If people perform such acts in private no one will know or care.

Death penalty no.

But anti-sodomy laws have been extant since time immemorial. One good thing about them is that if rape is involved, the crime is legally worse if sodomy is involved, and that is as it should be.

Anal sex in particular is a filthy and unhealthy act no matter who does it. Making it illegal won’t stop people who want to do it but it will stop making it socially acceptable via jokes, movies, etc thus encouraging young people and teeneagers to try it since it’s made to be on a par with normal sexual relations.

This view may be unpopular now, but it certainly has been the social norm up until fairly recently.

Making sodomy illegal will never involve people busting doors in; it merely keeps private what should be private. I remember some years ago when I was active doing the lists when a young girl went to a sex ed class, learned about sodomy, and cried to her mother, thinking that it meant when she married, she’d have to practice sodomy. This is disgusting and horrible.

Fellow Christians - does it bother any of you that Obama dosen't go to church and apprently dosen't seek God?
"His lack of attendance at formal religious services showcased a dilemma faced by Obama, who is between churches and often expresses concern about bringing the disruption of his security detail into the lives of others.
Still, he has not attended a public church service since before being elected, a departure from the actions of his two immediate predecessors."

Dosen't that make him like the bad kings in the Bible that lead Isreal astray and lead to their demise at the hand of the Babalonians (sp)? If he is not seeking God then where is his guidence comming from?

I think he is rebellious against God.

In fact, the main practical significance of the someone believing in evolution seems to be this: he doesn't read the Bible again. I'm happy to be proven wrong.

You list yourself as an "agnostic" here, yet 100% of your edits here have been of an atheistic nature. An agnostic, if fair-minded, should be at least 50% Bible-based and 50% atheistic-based. What percentage of your time do you spend reading a Bible, if I may ask?

Why would a loving God, a God who is described as pure love, condemn any of his children to Hell? This is very a common question especially among those who don’t believe the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, or who have little to no Bible knowledge. Believe it or not even Christians ask this question, and few are able to give a sound, Biblical answer.

A common statement from non-believers is “My god would never send anyone to Hell, he’s a loving god. Only an evil god would create people and then send them to Hell.” Good point, but since these folks are non-believers their god is Satan. And his main modus operandi is to convince man that he is god and that he would never send anyone to Hell. Well he certainly isn’t God, but he is very efficient and persuasive when it comes to promoting his lies. After all he’s been at it for 6,000 years give or take a year or so.
