["It is a concept called "liberty." You have the liberty to marry any adult of the opposite sex you desire, regardless of race, creed, religion, ethnicity, nationality, political affiliation, and so forth. Same sex couples are asking for the same liberty you enjoy, and while I cannot stand the behavior, they certainly should have the liberty to marry any adult of the same sex. Why exactly you are depriving them of this liberty is a mystery to me."]

I'm not depriving them of any liberty, that another group has.
Im depriving them of the liberty to force their minority opinion about this right on the majority.
Every gay male is free to marry a woman and every gay woman is free to marry a man.
There is no discrimination based on sexual preference.

My very humble opinion: States could secede and then govern themselves as per the Constitution. This would be a reaction to the a bevvy of Marxist liberals and RINO's we have destroying our nation at the present time. Said states could merge and form a new federal government as intended by our founders and govern themselves Constitutionally. Heck, our new federal capitol could have a massive granite Ten Commandments paid for with donations sitting on the front lawn of our new congress.

Oh yes that day is coming sooner than we think. many mock. but the prophets were mocked in the old testament too.

In a statement, the 35 clergymen also called on Abdel Aziz Khoja, who was appointed by King Abdullah February 14 as part of a wide reform drive, to prohibit the playing of music and music shows on television.

The President has announced to the Congress his intentions to sign the UN declaration that calls for the decriminalization of homosexuality. The declaration that George W. Bush shunned has now been OK’d by all 27 member nations of the European Union.

Ignoring the moral sensibilities of over half of the American public Barack Obama has proven that the hallmarks of his presidency will be to further amorality, prurient interests and the gay agenda regardless of America’s Christian heritage or the basic sentiments of the population. He has hit the ground running on pro-abortion and gay agenda causes that are causing disgust all the way from little independent fundamental churches to the Vatican.

The Bible does hold that homosexuality is a crime against nature but Barack Obama has assured the doubtful that they needn’t take the Apostle Paul’s warning in the first chapter of the book of Romans too seriously because it is after all “obscure” according to Obama in the Christian Post Mar 04, 2008.

["I'm doing a research project on misogyny in religion, and while I've found plenty of misogynist passages in the Bible, Qur'an, and Torah, I'm also looking for examples of women's rights in these texts. I've found what might be considered respect for women in the Qur'an, but I would really love to find some examples of women's rights in the Bible, too, so that my argument won't be one-sided. I'm writing a fairly subjective paper that won't end up "siding" with any one religion.

So if anybody could direct me to some passages in the Bible that refer to women's rights (in a positive light) that would be wonderful.

Thanks,
Meg"]

Hi Meg

The truth is that if you're a woman who does not care about salvation there are no rules in the Bible that concern you. If you want to have an abortion go ahead but we are bound to speak up for the innocent child you kill. And this is especially true since plan parenthood feeds and the public trough using our money to do your killing. I'm sorry but I go off on tangents when I think of the 50,000,000 children put to death in America for the convenience of the mothers. Makes the holocaust look like a drive by shooting.

Nope Meg God has no rules for you if you're not interested in salvation, you go girl. You show the world who's boss.

[From Stairway to Hell Ch. 10, Rick Jones, 1988 Chick Publications]

I remember talking with a desperate boy who had played D & D for several years. Though it started as just a game, it didn't stay that way for long.

To progress in the game, he asked D & D "creatures" to help him win battles. He had no idea, but those creatures were literal demons. When he asked them to come to him and help him, he was unknowingly inviting actual demons into his body.

As he got deeper and deeper into the game, fear began to overtake him. He eventually caught on that he was into more than what he bargained for. It was then he decided to quit the "game."

When he started talking about quitting, he began hearing voices in his head. The demons inside him threatened to kill him if he stopped playing the game.

The last time I saw him, he admitted becoming posessed with demons through D & D. He also confessed that the demons now controlled his entire life. He was terrified! He feared that remaining in the game would lead to his death, and trying to get out would bring the same fate.

If only he had known all that before he let some of his friends persuade him to play D & D for the first time. Satan counted on his ignorance, and won.

Question: If there is a perfect Bible in English, doesn't there also have to be a perfect Bible in French, and German, and Japanese, etc?

Answer: God has always given His word to one people in one language to do one job; convert the world. The supposition that there must be a perfect translation in every language is erroneous and inconsistent with God's proven practice.

Creationists, do you think evolutionists are brainwashed?
I think so.

For example, if you even SUGGEST that animals appeared in their present form through God's powers, you are instantly shut down.

Here's the thing though, if Jesus can walk on water and make food appear to feed the masses and also create the universe, what's so hard about making an animal pop into existence?

Remember those wonderful days when the queers were "in the closet?" Our children were safe, we weren't defiled by vile shows on TV, and Americans wouldn't countenance a pervert whether a movie star or teacher. Now, the cockroaches are out and no one is safe. First, God was kicked out of our schools. Then, you couldn't talk about Him at the workplace. Now, people are afraid to mention God in public. God has been forced into the closet while the perverts run free! I'm sure He will act accordingly.

State Rep. Leo Berman (R-Tyler) proposed House Bill 2800 when he learned that The Institute for Creation Research (ICR), a private institution that specializes in the education and research of biblical creationism, was not able to receive a certificate of authority from Texas' Higher Education Coordinating Board to grant Master of Science degrees.

Berman's bill would allow private, non-profit educational institutions to be exempt from the board’s authority.

“I don’t believe I came from a salamander that crawled out of a swamp millions of years ago,” Berman told FOXNews.com. "I do believe in creationism. I do believe there are gaps in evolution.

"But when you ask someone who believes in evolution, if you ask one of the elitists who believes in evolution about the gaps, they’ll tell you that the debate is over, that there is no debate, evolution is the thing, it’s the only way to go.”

All homosexuals should face stoning to death, a Muslim preacher of hate declared yesterday.
Anjem Choudary, the firebrand cleric who wants to see Britain ruled by Sharia law, said such a regime was the only way to fix the country's ills.

He said: 'If a man likes another man, it can happen, but if you go on to fulfil your desire, if it is proved, then there is a punishment to follow. You don't stone to death unless there are four eyewitnesses. It is a very stringent procedure.
'There are some people who are attracted to donkeys but that does not mean it is right.'

You are really hung up on porn aren't you? The fact is that people see normal heterosexual porn without condoms as natural. It is only the homosexual community that tries point it out as "See lookie at them having unsafe sex". ALL HOMOSEXUAL sex is UNSAFE, DANGEROUS, AND REVOLTING. Don't muddle the issue by trying to say that heterosexuals are hypocrites because we must be casually condoning heterosexual sex when we see a condomless penis entering a vagina. That is natural, and heterosexuals shouldn't have to be made to feel guilty about natural sex, although the gay community would like to push the pressure on us to...thereby deflecting some criticism.

Let's face it. I can have MUCH more unprotected straight sex without the odds of contracting any disease compared to the average gay man having sex a couple of times. No Brian If I have one unsafe casual sexual encounter this past year I am NOT disgusting. Straight sex is considered normal irrespective of whether it was without a condom. The gay community would love to have that type of reaction be a scapegoat for their shortcomings, but the sad fact is once again... IT IS NORMAL. Riddle me this question batman? When you go to donate blood do they ask questions about my straight heterosexual activity? Nope. Guess what? THEY DO ask about any homosexual activity. Why? Ohh wait... that's right... you can't donate. You are deferred due to your risky behaviors. I'm not deferred. I guess the medical community doesn't worry about my casual one night stand compared to your lifestyle.

Nadine: I think women have this chip on their shoulder that men should do housework & "help" even when they're very busy working at other
important things. It's one of my pet peeves watching women demand their husbands to help.

CreedIsChrist: I agree, that attitude is ruining alot of marriages too. Men have so much to worry about like finances, job and boss, family structure, the worry of losing their job, feeding the family and bills, etc. A woman who nags her husband when he comes home obviously has a problem with self-centeredness and disobediance. A God fearing woman would never do such a thing. A husband wants to come home to the support of his wife and his children

According to police, the commission member saw the woman in a car with a young man. The man was arrested on khulwa (illegal seclusion) charges, but the woman fled into the center, hoping the commission member would not pursue her.
Eyewitnesses said the commission member pushed his way into the center, grabbed the woman by her hair and dragged her out.

[On why God gives some people mental illness.]

I'm hearing impaired. Yes, I'm aware it's not a mental illness. My belief i that God blessed me with it so that I would not hear the negative things that are said about me. I'm aware of it's negative drawbacks but pay no attention to them.

My theory is that God gave the mentally challenged a gift wrapped in a challenge which he knew that they would be strong enough to handle. In fact this challenge itself provides the opertunity to build up their strength and character. So is the knowledge that they can overcome anything, if they can over come their personal challeges.

Further more, to address the negative side (the curse), my theory is that they suffer. But their suffering allows them in a unique way to understand the suffering of Christ. They may better recieve Christ because they have suffered and overcame just as Christ has. It's a unique oppertunity, just like anyone else, to understand and have a relationship with Christ.

That's why he [God] gives people Mental Disorders.

So, I was wondering if buying used books online, like thru the used venders on Amazon.com, was bad, as in can books be cursed? I noticed alot of the vendors from Oregon or NY, and I know occult is big in lots of those areas. I checked other books some of the vendors had and they had many demon, occult, type of books sometimes. I take Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, so I know I have nothing to fear... but if I give some books (like Catholicism for Dummies) as a gift to someone who is not a believer yet, do they get harmed?

Otherwise, it can bring us close to the demons, who never eat at all.

i find it interesting how you take up for your filthy jew ancestors, claiming to be a pagan. ANY pagan who knows history should hate jews. it was the jews who bribed constantine to enforce christianity, and thats why rome got it’s ass kicked. and here you are trying to do the same thing. like i said, it’s obvious wether you try to deny it or not. you’re just another filthy judeo-pig and nobody with half a brain would give you a second thought.
