Back in the summer one of the bridges in Minneapolis fell in - with hundreds killed and injured. John Piper ( whose church is in Minneapolis) said God “caused” the bridge to collapse. What a fiery response there was to those comments! It is hard to understand how saying God was absent and the bridge just collapsed by itself is glorifying to God or helpful in any way. It has been reported since then that over 100 bridges have the same defects. Piper is absolutely correct and biblical in saying that the collapse of that bridge was the kindness of God. He is warning people everywhere that death is at the door and eternity is revealed and men everywhere need to repent. He has in his Grace only ordained that 1 bridge collapse. He is keeping those other 100+ bridges in place, otherwise they would ALL collapse.

My husband bought a used Suburban a few months back. It has an alarm system. Everything is fine for a few months. Then, about 3 weeks ago, the alarm system started going off for no reason. It would run it's course then stop. Sometimes this happens several times a day, then it doesn't happen for a few days. Very odd. If we can figure out how to disconnect the crazy thing, we will. Now if it continues to go off after that, then I'll be really spooked.

But yes, I do believe Satan and his minions are putting in lots of OT these days.

Such a display of skin normally not seen is clearly sexual: clearly intended to tease, to incite lust in the male viewer. If she had worn a dress that covered the gap, the Sexual Immorality investigation area score would have been 100. Sure, some highfalutin, high society performers wear such clothing for such affairs, but does that make such a cultural-specific display acceptable? If you think "Yes" then the fact that some cultures eat other people makes it acceptable since it is a cultural-specific behavior. Don't argue with me about what is morally acceptable.
