Some have objected to the creationist assertion that "2 miles of sediment could not be laid down by 1 mile of water." Oh really? How about you try a little experiment as I did this morning. Take two glasses and put 1" of water in one and 2" of sand in the other. Now pour the water into the sand, cover the mixture with your hand and shake (simulating the violent conditions of floodwaters), then let the sediment settle. You will now have about 2" of sand and about 1/4" of clear water above the sand. I tried this experiment this morning and it works great.

Moral of the story: 1 mile of water can indeed deposit 2 miles of sediment ... and it most likely did just that in the Great Flood of Noah.

One more thing. There was more than 1 mile of water available. The average ocean depth today is 12,200 feet covering 3/4 of the earth's surface. If the available water was spread over the whole earth, this would equate to over 1.7 miles deep. So we don't just have 1 mile of water ... we've got more than a mile and a half of water to work with.

Q: How can Children Need Heroes possibly honor a convicted murderer like Paul Hill?

A: Paul Hill committed homicide; he killed a human being. Not all homicides are murder. We believe Paul Hill committed justifiable homicide. His killing of the abortionists was just; it was Biblically lawful. He used force to defend the innocent against unjust violence. The taking of a life in defense of another is recognized as justifiable in all fifty states (a reminder of our Christian heritage). If he had acted in defense of any other victims, anyone but preborn children, he would not have been convicted.

I also heard the aliens created all the religions. Humans were created in different colors and looks, to test if we could live together peacefully, those who pass will be admitted to their world, and those who fail will be staying here until they learn. PS. I heard.

I don't believe in evolution. If there is, there would be no apes on earth by now. We are similar to apes does not necessarily mean we evolve from apes. We are not experiment either, we are hybids of apes and aliens, an extension of their existence,so we are not product of evolution, but product of gene manupulation instead. You ever wonder why Virgin Mary was able to give birth to Jesus? maybe there's sicentific explanation for that.

Again, all my beliefs are based on what I heard. I have no proof or any other "desire for humankind.............whatever".

If Witchcraft's power all about someone believing a lie, I have a major question.

Is it witchcraft that destroys the immune system once someone believes they have HIV and they're immune system is going to be destroyed by HIV?

I've watched a video on HIV = AIDS is a Hoax, and I wonder what everybody's opinion is about this? Is the destruction of the immune system caused by witchcraft, because people believe their immune system is going to be destoryed. No research has proven that HIV actually destroys immunity cells.

However, drugs like AZT and others will destroy immunity cells. Plus drugs people use that 'cause Aids' like heroine, acutally will do more damage to the immune system than HIV can possible do.

Hello!

My name is Adam. I was just surfing the web and came across this forum and decided to make a quick register and write a topic, as i saw there was quite a few god-deniers here, and I wanted to ask them (you) why you are like this.

The only reasons I myself can come up with would be that you are such a self-centred person that you do not want God to "decide" what you are allowed to do, and not to do. Maybe you are a gambler, go to brothels, a killer or a thief. I hope of course most of you are not, but just as a logical assumption, i must assume you are something like that, or similar to any of it, as i see no other reason.

I am a proud American. And my personal opinion is that god-deniers should not be considered american citizens as this country was founded upon the glory of God. And my country is currently, and have been during the last century the guardian of peace for the world. We protected the world from communism, terrorism, facism and everything that is evil. Even when people insult us, we aid them and give them help. We give poor countrys billions of dollars just because we are know it is good and yet, they come and insult us, and then ask for more. How can you, especially as american, deny god and insult your nation in that manner? It makes no sense to me.

Best Regards
Adam

A South Carolina library system has closed down its summer programs for young adults after receiving threats and allegations that it was trying to promote "witchcraft" and "drug use."

The Pickens County Library System’s half-hour summer programs for middle and high school students were supposed to take a light-hearted look at the topics "Secrets and Spies: How to Keep a Secret by Writing in Code or Making Invisible Ink" and "What’s Your Sign?" Another program was to examine astrology, palmistry, and numerology; and others were to feature tarot cards, tie-dying t-shirts, how to make a Zen garden, and yoga.

Now the programs are cancelled in the wake of phone and e-mail threats from the community, believed to emanate from a single local Baptist church. The astrology program was labeled as "witchcraft" by callers, while the Zen garden and yoga programs were objected to as "promoting other religions." The t-shirts workshop? "Promotes the hippie culture and drug use," callers said.

I actually have a uncle who is really smart and has 2 PhDs, he also believes in the Big Bang Theory. If you want to know the truth before Darwin died he claimed that all his theories were not true, and he accepted Christ right before he died. I followed my uncle around for three days trying to get him to talk about it and Christianity-he still isn't a Christian to this day but he's been rattled and not by me. I told him that pigs would fly if the theory of evolution was real. I asked what would make him believe in God and he said when pigs would fly. I prayed right there that a pig would fly out of the sky but nothing happened. I still prayed for him and that night his youngest daughter that was 3 years old ran into his bedroom crying for him saying that she saw pigs flying-no one had been around when my uncle made that statement so she wouldn't have known about it. God had answered my prayer but my uncle is still not a Christian and I can't force him into anything. The more you push the more hard headed some people get, but just keep praying and bring it up to the person everyone once in a while.

Take it or leave it, the Bible's accounting of time is clear and detailed.

Additionally, one argument against "Special Creationism," in which God is said to have created via evolution, is that the sin of man brought death into this world. Dinosaurs have been found with abcesses, cancers, and smaller dinos in their bellies. If dinosaurs preceded man, then man could not have brought death into the world.

When the wrong thought crosses your mind, just say to yourself "this is witchcraft." Etch that into you memory. The Holy Spirit will hear your plea and send the evil thought running. Stand firm behind your convictions and you will receive the confidence you need.

"This is an occasion for the (world's) 1.5 billion Muslims to look at the seriousness of this decision," Mohammed Ijaz ul-Haq, religious affairs minister, said in parliament.

"The West is accusing Muslims of extremism and terrorism. If someone exploded a bomb on his body, he would be right to do so unless the British government apologizes and withdraws the 'sir' title," ul-Haq said.

[Religious Affairs Minister Ejaz-ul-Haq] was speaking during a session of Pakistan's National Assembly in which it unanimously condemned Britain's award of a knighthood to the author Salman Rushdie and demanded it be withdrawn.

His comments in the Urdu language caused uproar.

"If someone commits suicide bombing to protect the honour of the Prophet Mohammad, his act is justified," he said, according to the translation by the Reuters news agency.

"If Britain doesn't withdraw the award, all Muslim countries should break off diplomatic relations."

why do the majority of people think masturbation is natural and okay?
to me it's selfish act. It's obviously lustful, and you focus on idolizing someone. Don't people know to do that is to defile God's temple? It seems like even some Christians seem to want to deny it being wrong so they can continue. Sin is natural, but it's not right to sin.

"On July 29th, 1994, Paul Hill boldly defended 31 babies from unspeakable violence by killing a paid assassin and his bodyguard. He was arrested, given a sham trial, and executed as a martyr. The Mission: To put a 2 inch cross in space to orbit around the world. This is made from the cross that Arthur Blessitt has been carrying around the world. He is in the Guinness Book of Records for 'the world's longest walk', now 308 nations, island groups and territories for a distance of 37,352 miles (60,099 km) This is one and one half the distance around the earth! On Foot!

Now as an extension of that walk on foot around the world a 2 inch cross made from that very cross will be put in space orbit above the earth. A cross made from the only cross carried around the world will become the first cross put in orbit around the earth! All Glory to God.

The Cross is the best known symbol in the world. At the cross the worst of man met the best of God and there is Hope! The cross is the symbol of Love, Peace and Hope in a troubled world. Not only is there hope but "The Way, The Truth, The Live" is found in Jesus.

How thrilling to know that the cross of Jesus is lifted up above the earth! Circling this planet all the time. Day and Night the cross will be lifted up. Above wars, poverty, crime, greed, hate and pride the cross will circle in Glory. Jesus said, "People love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil". (John 3:19) The cross will be lifted up above all evil on earth. Also the cross will be above, as a blessing upon the earth. A thrill to every believer in and follower of Jesus to know the cross is above him or her at all times. You can look up at the heavens on a star filled night and know the cross is up there above the earth.

While it is true that the cathoic church takes a strong public stand against abortion, how many infant children of nuns, fathered by so called men of God, are buried under catholic churches? Thousands? Tens of thousands? Recently, I read an article describing how that when nun becomes pregnant (from illicit activity with a preist), she is allowed to deliver, then the child is allowed to die. Their are many churches in Europe which have hundreds of corpses of infants under them.
