There are a lot of demon possessed people walking around in the US. How many news reports are there continuously about people killing their kids and saying that the devil told them to do it. Or even more obvious- that 'God' told them to do it. These people are demon possessed, they might not live naked in the tombs, but eventually, those demons do manifest. We just don't call it what it really is here in the 'civilized' Country. We like to call it mental instability, or severe depression, and then we try to treat those demons with medicine and therapy.
