we ARE pitiful and weak, and can't do anything on our own. Compared to God at least. Another thing, why do you people have to bring anyone down who tries to post something positive, and hopefully uplifting? Are you gothic or something? Don't you like being happy?

...why did God have to send a flood, it makes sense, if man is getting so advanced for their own good, and you see some of this today, weapons of mass destruction, before something like total anhialation etc happened God interfered.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but dinosaurs are nothing more than BIG lizards. Did you know that most reptiles NEVER stop growing? They continue to grow up until they die... Dinosaurs were (and still are) around with man until they stopped growing so big due to the probable change in environment post-flood (as seen by the decreasing life spans of man).

People ask, oh yeah, why aren't the [dinosaurs] around today? Well, let me ask you this, if you built a town in a grizzly bear infested area of Alaska today, how long do you thing the bears would last? It's the same with the dinosaurs, if they were a threat, they would be hunted down and killed.

Well I went out to eat with my boyfriend last night and I presented the question to him 'why exactly do you not believe in dinasaurs'? He stated because he does not understand why God would make something just to turn around and destroy it.

They just died in the flood, ( good for us they couldn't fit in the ark) They would have multiplied just like humans and that just wouldn't work right...What I just don't know is why God created them in the first place

I believe that In the early 'days' of creation he created dinosaurs and they had become extinct before he created man. I believe he was letting the earth ripen so to speak to be ready for inhabitation by man. Now because of the dinosaurs of a million years ago we now have fossil fuels at our disposal.

Also I read through genealogy in Genesis and I tracked the flood to 2556 BC and Adam's birth or when he was created to 4112 BC. Now this is 100% accurate because I followed the dates and years listed in the bible, and the bible isn't wrong...

The Shroud [of Turin] is also contrary to the Bible, which says that Jesus was 'bound ... in wrappings (plural)... Shroud proponents can explain this away all they want, but the Bible should be used to judge claimed artefacts; not the artefacts used to judge the Bible.

It [abortion] would be destruction of another's property, which IS a crime in all states if my law is correct. No one owns their body. God owns their body. So destroying the impregnated egg is destroying someone's property that isn't yours, and that is wrong because God might have wanted a person to be born by the mother.

And we pipe trash like Harry Potter, Charmed, Buffy, Will and Grace and other such garbage into our homes for our kids to watch. We endorse homosexuality and divorce like it's a choice that God and other Christians will just have to get used to- Just ignore what the Bible says about it.

Most of those bought and sold [as slaves] were probably NOT God's children. One must remember that they came from Africa that is full of false religions. Only those who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour are God's children.

Yes, only those who place their faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour are God's children. I agree with you there. And if even one of those slaves was a child of God, no MAN had the right then (or now) to 'use' them.
